Remarks

The Placement and the infrastructure of the college are the major factors which made me to choose this college. Electronics and Communication Engineering is one of the exponentially developing branches in Engineering. ECE is one of the oldest branches in our college with NBA accreditation. It best to take CSE, IT, ECE in our college.

Course Curriculum Overview

The Course Curriculum will be revised every year for every regulations. There will be a team called Course Monitoring Committee, and 4 students from each students should report about the problems faces by students. There will be 3 meetings on each semester. The courses will be framed based on Outcome based education. There are faculties with different domain knowledge, they will be helping you on conferences, projects and placements. You will be allotted with a Mentor, who will help and monitor your progress.

Placement Experience

4.5

The placement in our college is one of the best placement visits in Erode. Nearly 1000 number of students will get placed and 224 companies visited our college last year. Departments like CSE and IT will get 100% placement. Entrepreneur cell in our college provide funds to the students who are willing to do start-up or to develop their project ideas. For placement, you will be provided with 150+ hours of training. Alumni network is also good and several meetings with Alumni will be provided to explore.

College Events

4.5

Once you get into the college, you will have bright future. Because you will find clubs and events based on your interest. There are nearly 46 clubs with their own motto. Every department will conduct Symposiums, Fun events, Guest lectures on various domains, Workshops, Alumni Interactions and Cultural fest. The cultural fest will be mind-blowing because it will be so entertaining and you will find many talent people. Big celebrities and trending artists will be called to participate in the event.

Fees and Financial Aid

You can avail scholarships like government/ private funded. There is a scholarship provided by the college called Top 5% Academic excellence scholarship. Each year top 5% of students in CGPA from each department will be given with 50% tuition fee waiver. There are some scholarships from the management, based on Cut-off, sports etc.

Campus Life

The campus infrastructure is one of the popular campuses in Erode. Our campus is awarded a 'Green and Clean Campus' by AICTE twice. The campus is more green, you will find trees and plants everywhere around the campus. The Kongu Convention Center is the second largest auditorium in Asia. It can accommodate about 40000 people spaciously. Every department is well designed and maintained.

Hostel Facilities

There are 11 international standard hostels for both boys and girls. Once in a year, you will get Non-veg, since providing Veg food with good taste and quality is the main motto. Availing hostel facility is very simple, you have get permission from your HOD and Warden of the hostel. Separate hostels for different years. Department wise rooms will be allocated within a year. There are 4 or 3 or 2 member rooms are available. Timing will be strictly followed.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The specific aspect which is great future on IT Field of the curriculum that influenced my decision to choose the course. The curriculum prepared me to solve tough real-world logical aptitude test and coding test. The course curriculum is only based on the theory in several areas. My suggestion is to improve that too in practical manner for better real-world understanding. The frequency and the timing of my exams along with my perspective on the difficulty level is 2hrs.

Course Curriculum Overview:

For my medical field i feel some subjects are unnecessary in my view point like the community medicines. I feel anatomy weightage should be more compared to buochemistrand physiology. I would like them to improve the chapters and remove chalters that are unnecessary so that we medical students can concentrate on whats inportant rather than studying everything and stuffing our brain.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose the course based on the content of the University curriculum which was strongly followed by the institution. All the departments follow the University syllabus both theory and practicals. The maximum number of students for the MSc course is 10 but we were 2 in my class and the faculties ( 10 faculties in Biochemistry, 12 faculties in Microbiology, 8 in Hematology and 6 in Pathology, 4 in Genetics (part of Hematology and Pathology) and 2 in Epidemiology and Biostatistics) as of our time in both theory and practicals. In addition, there are many laboratory postings where you learn even more. There were atleast 5 Professors, 9 Associate Professors/Assistant Professors, 7 PhDs that directly taught us. The University exams come on October 15th of each year, there are 3 Internal assessments and 1 model exam. If you go through the internal assessment and the model exam, the University exam will not be difficult for you.
