THE review of lovely LPU

This College provides good, proper education, Hitech labs, highly experienced helpful faculties, lots of chances to improve my extracurricular skills, and also helps to improve my personality. Students may get to know about different cultures of Different States. The campus has huge diversity whether it may be culture or it may be any languages etc. And if I talk about bad aspects, then I must say that generally, students get very less time for self-studies which is necessary along with your classroom studies. I took admission in 2019,17th July. The admission process was very simple and straight. As I am a hosteler. So first I registered my name as a hosteler and got allocated room no. Then I went to the block and submitted my documents and fees. One reason is definitely, the campus placement. LPU has is most popular among the students for its placement and for me ICAR affiliation is very imp. And Lpu is one of the two private Agriculture universities which are ICAR affiliated.

I had both biology and maths in my +2. So for me, it was easy to choose this subject and also job prospects in India making me choose these subjects. The faculty-student ratio is 1:10(probably). Faculties are highly qualified. But sometimes some teachers do not teach well means their teaching ways are not so good to understand the subjects. Every 6 months we have a term exam. Apart from that after 7-9 weeks, we have a midterm exam. As per my experience, the midterm exam is tougher to score as it is MCQ mode than the end term exams. And this subject is vast so students have to study a lot.

Campus placement is very good at LPU. Almost 85-90%stydents got placement every year. My plan is to complete higher studies. Gov University. Average package 400000 per annum and the highest is 1 Crore. Students get a chance in the 'Student exchange programme' and able to study in foreign universities for one sem.

This university has scholarship facilities. They arrange an entrance test every year. Otheriwise they also give scholarship based on National Level entrance exam result and rank. Fees for a different course is different. And for the remain all 8 sems it will be fixed. But they increase the hostel fees year by years. They also give scholarships based on some quota like sports quota, international students, etc. My scholarship is on a merit basis in LPUNEST. I got a 30% scholarship. Scholarship got changed in different phases of examinations.

Campus life is very special. there are lots of programs events are happening at all time. Youth vibe is the most famous, One world, food making competition and stalls, etc. The library is very good. There are departmental libraries and also a central library. Huge varieties of books and their enough amount of copies are there.

Hostel facility is not so good. The room quality is not money worthing. Girl Hostelers have to maintain proper timing. They have to enter after class in time otherwise they will put a late entry. And Head of the security may block ur academic attendance. Girls are even not allowed to go out in weekdays to go outside of the campus. They will have to put leave application through an online portal before 6 hrs atleast. They are even not allowed to go to the library at any time. There are particular timing when all girls will go to the library. They said these all arrangements are for our safety. I didn't take hostel food.
