Overall Experience: The University\'s environment is diverse. We have students from all states of India and 18 Countries. Attendance above 75 percent in all subjects is mandatory. Every day workshops, events, carnivals and shows are organized which reflects that it not only focuses on Academics but also on Extracurricular activities.

I'm pursuing graduation in B.com From LPU. I have scored 55% in My first year term. And off course i choose this college because it's one of the best college in Asia we have.

Across higher education there is a growing demand for systematic and thoughtful student learning assessment. In general, however, state legislators, state higher education boards, and administrators have been more enthusiastic about assessment than have academics. In part, faculty members’ ambivalence towards assessment is fueled by their perceptions that much of what is done in the name of assessment is of little use to them in improving their own teaching, student learning, or the curriculum.

There are a lot of advertisements going around of LPU in which they claim to have transformed education and India. I could have secured admission there through my B.com scores but wasn't really familiar with the name. I wish to know how good a university it actually is.

If you are looking for placement from private university, placement graph is inversely proportional to advertisements. We all know LPU advertisements. If you are serious about getting a job, you are on your own. Period. Check out this video explaining the placement backend (this is for CS grads only but does explain the placement scenarios here).

‘One India’, an event to celebrate India’s cultural diversity, inaugurated today at LPU campus thousands of students from 28 states of India studying at LPU represented ‘Mini India’, today, at the Campus during celebration of much awaited annual cultural show ‘One India’. This is the fourth year of this unique event which is celebrated every year in the campus to bring students of different states together and to uphold the fundamental of India-Unity in Diversity.

Expensive basically, but for students availing education scholarship it was feasible. Fees was more in management and technology courses But fee waiver and scholarship tests to minimize the amount. Loan facilities also there less tension with banks.Nice but not up to mark. Small industry generally visits for intern ship programme especially in Electronic Mechanical, civil engineering department s.Average monthly stipend 8k.per month.

No I didn't know but education loan facility was availed by many students. However fee waiver facilities according to performance in written entrance examinations.

College management is good in all matters except in matters like absence management, placement services. Nice placement cell with good placement officer and industry experts. IT giant like HCL, cognizant, Infosys, wipro, Tata consultancy services visits with mass hiring vision.Nice placement training services with AMCAT, aspiring minds.Good faculty at our college. Excellent teaching skills with extensive teaching experience. Graduate, Ph.D scholars from Apex institutions like IIT NIT IIIT. Practical experience of technology with motivated approach in sharing knowledge.

Not stayed in Hostel but as far as friends feedback are considered only rooms were good not mess up to mark. Good faculty at our college. They are helpful college life is one of the best time of our life as people used to say but i also feel the same our campus is humongous and green so we feel blessed to be the part of this college i live in the hostel and our hostel is very neat and clear . But i am not happy with mess food otherwise everything is perfect here.

We can opt for either English, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics or English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology. Language of the entrance test shall be English only. Each question carries four marks there is no negative marking for wrong answers or unanswered questions.

Got admission by reference of a friend. I gave an entrance test and passed it. than i have got the admission. I'm not a regular student. I'm doing it in Distance education from delhi itself. i choose this college because it's one of the best college in Asia we have.

Honorable Finance Minister of India, Shri Arun Jaitley inaugurated LPU's Startup School. The School serves to build a culture of entrepreneurship through mentorship sessions with entrepreneurs in residence, business plan competitions and an investment fund.LPU alumni can be found in most top global brands like Apple, Google, Yahoo, Microsoft, Bank of America etc with packages of over 1 Crore.
