Remarks

As per the process, I got a call letter for 9th February 2020 and I had an interview followed by boardroom discussion and further followed by Personal interview. It was quite transparent and communication part is well enough. That was my first interview after giving entrances. The arrangements done for the participants is well and comfortable enough. Because my percentile is less so I was not expecting more call letters. I went there and Mr Tarun Anand sir delivered a presentation which was wonderful and enough to understand about the college. Honestly, I had not searched much about this college but yes stayed connected via Gmail. I made a decision to go there and presently I am a student of this college and experienced a wonderful curriculum.

Course Curriculum Overview

5

I am in pgdm+gmp (Cardiff UK) 2 years. I am experiencing a wonderful academics and fun part as well. When I went for the interview I randomly picked up the course without giving any emphasis on one. I have 72 students in my batch and the student-teacher ratio is well enough. Qualification of most of the teachers is from Harvard etc. They circulate online feedback form on collpoll at the end of every term. Exams were of good level and more of Application part and held after the term ends.

Internships Opportunities

4.5

I got an internship at UAS International in two verticals where HR and marketing both will work. I need to pitch a product for which skills of sails also required. It is a two-month internship. We have to give a presentation and party arranged as well.

Placement Experience

4.5

From the second last semester companies are there to come to colleges. For 180 students there are 300 companies. There are so many opportunities. There are 58 offers in total they make. As I got an internship in UAS International so there are fair more companies are coming even now also. I can't say about the placements as I am a present student and will say after my experience of getting placed.

Fees and Financial Aid

As I joined in 2020 it was 1378000 as the total fee structure which was OK as I am getting a foreign degree as well. I got selected in UAS International for an internship which will begin on from March. They give a platform called buddy 4 study through which we can update ourselves with the recent scholarships that we are getting.

Campus Life

4

As because of Covid I am in Delhi and missing out the real fun. As my friends told me it is very much exciting being at the campus. There are many activities of various clubs going on like sports, matchbox club. Work is to be hard so many books and ebooks are available for us.

Hostel Facilities

4

I am in Delhi and have not reached college yet but my friends told me that it is always ready to eat. It is always mouth-watering. There is an issue of WiFi which sometimes creates trouble especially in this Covid era where everything is connected with WiFi.

Interview Experience

4.5

In UBS, yes there was a discussion but it was not a group but a boardroom discussion. It was different as they offer boardroom discussion instead of group discussion. Followed by PI with 3 more people figuring out how people manage in groups. My topic was How the Modi wave is going down. I read basic gk for the PI and BD rounds.

Placement Experience:

Placement at GH Raisoni College Of Engineering and Management are moderate, especially for CSE/AI Student . Students become eligible from the 7th sem. companies like TCS, Infosys, and WIPro visit the campus. The higher package goes upto around 8-10 LPA, and the average Package is 3-4 LPA. Around 60-75% of students get placed. After graduation, i plan to work in software/AI roles and improve my skills through internship and Certifications.

Placement Experience:

The faculty-to-student ratio is about 1:20, and most teachers are quite approachable if you meet them during their free slots. I really appreciate the senior professors in the core departments because they have deep subject knowledge and explain concepts practically. However, some newer faculty members tend to stick strictly to the textbook or slides, which makes the lectures a bit dry. Since the college follows the SPPU pattern. I chose this course after a long CAP round process. Initially, I was aiming for VIT or DY Patil in Pune, and even checked out colleges in Mumbai and MVP KBTCOE in Nashik, but I ultimately landed here at AISSMS. The curriculum is quite comprehensive for building a strong engineering foundation, though I feel it could include more industry-relevant tools and coding workshops.

Placement Experience:

The placments are overall moderately good especially if you are from electrical branches including Electrical , Electronics, Computer, and Instrumentation Engineering and Mechanical Engineering. From third year onwards internship season starts where companies visits our campus and students need to go through online tests and series of interviews for each companies to get offer where the students selected for offer need to attend the internship after the end of third year in may and june when college have holidays. Similarly Based on performance the interns may get full time offer as well. Full Time Placement starts in final year and the process is exactly same where the interviews are mostly online and the students placed gets the offer letter. Almost 90 - 95% of the students especially of above branches gets placed.

Course Curriculum Overview:

So the Computer Engineering is all about core subjects which are really helpful for future like cloud, iot and Database etc But the syllabus of the university change after every 4 years and there is nothing but removing one subject and add another similar subject but I think in era of Ai and automation the syllabus is sort of outdated like if you are getting in Second year you have to learn subject which you have not interested in so you have to learn those subjects anyway and if you want to learn more about new skills you have to do it by yourself.
