Remarks

Great Lakes selection criteria include cleared cut-off score of CAT/XAT/GMAT/CMAT. Post clearing the cut-offs the candidates need to take a GD-PI round. The selection is based on combined scores of the mentioned and work experience as well as past academic records. The admission occurs in 2 cycles. The pros of the college include its faculty, rich alumni base, decent placement, and start-up incubator program. The cons include its location and absence of any scholarship program.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

The student-faculty ratio is 19:1. The faculty pool includes national ad international level acclaimed researchers and professionals. The exams are held on a trimester basis. The review of student's performance is based on class performance, presentations, and assignments. It is strictly against plagiarism.

Campus Life

4

There are many events held throughout the year. It includes Sanghmitra- Cultural event, L-attitude-Sports event, TedX Glim etc. It has a student club called Work Assistantship at Kotler-Srinivas Centre for excellence in marketing. I have a special affinity for this very club as my major is marketing. Students have access to the library, many journals, and also case studies.

Interview Experience

4.5

My GD topic was an abstract one-'Red'. It is interesting to come across various perspectives around a colour. The pool of candidates was really rich. The PI included 2 panellists. It was not a cold interview experience. I was asked about RBI policies, my hobbies, a recent article I read-Name it and my weakness, and what are my plans to overcome them.
