Entrance Preview

TNEA : 2010 took for entrance exam score : 210/300 I am from Forward caste and got seat through counselling.

Course Curriculum Overview

3

Course structure is decided by Anna University staffs are friendly and teaching is average Most of the lecturer's are specific and teach syllabus orientated training Afflicted to IEEE and can learn journal by login website of IEEE College life is fully enjoyable and library with lot of books.

Internships Opportunities

They don't provide stipend no internship is provided we have to find on our own you can industry experience by paying some amount in DD / BSNL office.

Placement Experience

2

Until 2009 there is Mr. Mahendran, Efficient placement officer most of the students got placed in good OEM in 2010 (when i passed out), Mr. Mahendran left the college there is no placements available now i heard Mr. Chandrasekaran is taking care of placements i am not sure about current situation.

College Events

2

In my 4 Years of study one technical event is organized for paper presentation cultural event is organized every year : Dancing, sining are done i wish more technical event to be organized as industries are focusing on self confidence of students.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Per semester 60, 000 ~ 80,000 in 2010 average all colleges were getting same amount on the day we studied nothing expensive as per education market in chennai the examination charges are separate and lab exams to be added these are as per anna unoversity standards.

Fees and Financial Aid

No scholar ship / loan facility is offered by college on good score you have to get bank loan and take care of your education.

Campus Life

3

It is co - education all men and women are allowed to inter act freely there is no restriction diversity : when i studied i did not find any one from outside India. All were Indians and there is no issue Labs : trained for exams technical competitions are rare.

Hostel Facilities

2

Hostel is clean but food quality is average mostly same menu and there is no variety of dishes even on occasions my friends who stayed in hostels are focused on foods and are not happy with same menu always facilities : doctor, stay, room condition, electricity are good.

Alumni/Alumna

There is no contact in alumni there is no proper communication about alumni date i use same mobile and e-mail from college there is no information about alumni from college i get information only from my friends on the day of alumni / after that mostly our batch did not go for participation as we did not get any information.

Exam Structure

Labs are done is separate schedule and again focused with exam structure exams are good scoring as everything is focused only for exams all students are allowed to practice on there own as per experiments every one can get good score in exams as every one trained for labs.

Faculty

3

Major of faculty are syllabus oriented they teach every thing with examination point of view nothing taught out of book when you do do so, there is no encouragement. Suggest focus on local author books for good score examination only related with college reputation pass percentage.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The specific aspect which is great future on IT Field of the curriculum that influenced my decision to choose the course. The curriculum prepared me to solve tough real-world logical aptitude test and coding test. The course curriculum is only based on the theory in several areas. My suggestion is to improve that too in practical manner for better real-world understanding. The frequency and the timing of my exams along with my perspective on the difficulty level is 2hrs.
