Remarks
The college provides a very good exposure to the students, as many would have lots of different ideas to do with their life. Currently, it seems to increase the tuition fee unreasonably without considering the quality it actually gives to the students. Overall, it's a very good place to study as it is located near the beach of Vizag. One would fall in love with those places.
Entrance Preview
I took all of the entrance examinations. I ended up scoring less in all of them. So, I had to study in this college as was the only option I was left with.
Course Curriculum Overview
It's similar to all of the other colleges most of it is theoretical which is a common thing that you would see in most of the colleges across India. The course does give importance to labs by allotting more time every week. As practicing is much more important to get the gist of a particular subject.
Internships Opportunities
My college doesn't provide internship.It provides stipend i.e., student scholarship, which would be received by top 5 percent people in all the branches who has applied for the scholarship.
Placement Experience
The university provides the opportunity for the student by bringing several software companies. Most of them will get selected by mass recruiters like Tcs, Wipro, Accenture etc. Product based companies hardly come to the college offering big packages.
College Events
The university provides the option for different branches and other degree holders to conduct a variety of events within the university.There would be a tech vests conducted by the branches of engineering part of the college and cultural frets by management people in the university.
Fee Structure And Facilities
My college has been increasing the tuition fee each year gradually. It's too expensive at present.even though the college provides a good infrastructure, the tuition fee is a lot more. It's not affordable at present. There are many colleges that would provide the same opportunities with a lesser tuition fee.
Fees and Financial Aid
I haven't got knowledge on the loans that were taken by my friends. The college does provide a summary of the expenses, before joining the college in the first year. This could be used to get the education loan.
Campus Life
There are lots of activities that happen inside the campus. Everyone is hooked up with something. As there are lots of activity groups for students, one has a good chance to expand their knowledge and improve their communication skills as well. The seniors provide a lot of workshops to share their knowledge by using the activity centers within the campus.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel facilities provided within the university are very good. Though a bit expensive, one would adore it's beauty and quickly fall in love with the campus. The standards are good. Students could use a lot of facilities within the campus, if they stay in the hostel provide them. However, they are limited.
Alumni/Alumna
Most of my seniors who had done their engineering in my college have suggested a lot of things to do after I have completed my ug from the college. Many of them preferred going to other countries for pursuing other graduation degrees in technical and business. The kind of exposure that you would get is immense.
Exam Structure
The semester has lab and written exams. It's not that hectic throughout the semester. One can easily get a good grade in my university, if he just comes to the college. The third of any branch would' beat bit hectic when compared with the other years as most of the core subjects will be present in that year.
Faculty
The faculty is good, but it can be better. There are only few professors who teach only one section in a particular branch. The college is filled with lots of asst professors. Classes by professors would be good, but every section wouldn't get a chance to being taught by them.
