After giving exam of UPEEE (UPTU) I go through different sites to find the Top Colleges. According to my Rank, I was sure to secure under Top 5 or Top 10 Colleges. As at that time I surfed through Quota, Internet, My elder brother's friends. So after all this, they told me that KIET GROUP OF INSTITUTIONS is having a good number of placements, learning backgrounds, different competitions, etc. The admission process was the same as UPTU guidelines. The college environment is good no raging, helpful seniors, supportive faculty.

The curriculum is according to AKTU but it is different for different specialization fields. The curriculum is divided into part of exams before that deadline it has to be completed. Faculties are of different responsibilities- 1.Coordinator- every year is having a particular coordinator for a whole branch set of different courses to help students. 2.Mentor- every class is distributed in several groups which are mentored by different faculty mentors. Who help students to solve problems related to projects, learning, etc. 3. Project Coordinator- set of 4 students having project ideas are supported from faculty to work smoothly, complete its own time, solve problems regarding them, connecting to industry work person, etc. 4. Hostel- in hostels the working is divided in such a way that hostellers are also having the support of faculties who handle issues related to the hostel. 5. Placement Head- for placement regarding happening some faculties help students.

Internships are provided by different departments and also college informs about companies who require inters at different positions. It can be software development, web development, power field, marketing, etc.

Campus placement is done by placement cell. All information is provided by them. The preparation starts with the starting of 3rd year. Different classes are held in support of learning regarding the placement requirements and company. But the learning of the soft skills starts from the very beginning that is 1st year. The department encourages students to participate in completing internships which enhances students' profile. The internship can be by student choice and if he/she was not able to find one then college helps students to complete internships by providing it in that duration. As I have seen my seniors most of them got selected for different IT companies, marketing companies, NAVY, AIR FORCE, etc. College provides all the suitable data, information, requirement fulfillment by their own side. But it's totally up to students whether they want to grab it or not. College is having their own site we provide all the information about the selected students, package details and selection percentage.

The fees structure for a year is divided into 2 - semesters in the year. Fees for hostellers and day scholars are different because of hostel fees. The best thing is college informs students via mail about different scholarships. It can be of any company, government, AKTU scholarship, students who come to merit list they get benefits from college department too. The placement cell informs every student about upcoming internships with full information regarding it.

Library, temple, hostel, multipurpose complex, gym for boys, football ground, badminton court, volleyball ground, cricket ground, departments everything thing is inside the campus. The campus is having beautiful greenery, flowers, seats. For different spiritual events college, Temple is decorated and occasions are celebrated with full enthusiasm. Parking is made for different vehicles. Library and self-study room for all is located near to the department. The library is having books related to a specialized field, research, competitive exams, etc. Annual fest that is PRASTUTI, EPOQUE which is planned for department level, inter-department, intra department, etc. takes place every year with lots of fun, creativity, learning, connectivity. Every department is having its own clubs and student clubs. Fashion club, dance club, c-cell, photography club, music club, acting club, sports club, SAE, TedX, etc are also part of the college which supports students' creativity, learning, and connectivity.

The hostel is having rooms, a gymnasium, study room, mess, ground, space for badminton practice, news counter, TV room. Rooms are good enough having a bed, wardrobe, study table and chair, fans, lights. Rooms are provided according to the requirements of students whether they want to have single-seater, 2 seaters, or 3 seaters. Mess menu is decided by students for which they fill Google form provided by the hostel authority. Generally, there will be 4 meals - breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner. Hostel accommodation is done at the starting of every year with the enrollment in the college. Hostels are safe because of the security provided by the college. Every hostel is having 2 wardens who take care of hostellers. Security guards in a hostel and at hostel gates. The hospital facility is provided to students whenever they require it.
