Raja Balwant Singh Management Technical Campus Agra, BCA + MCA

Reviewed on Apr 20, 2021(Enrolled 2017)

Remarks

For selecting this college I have so many reasons. The college is situated nearby my residence. Raja Balwant Singh College, Agra has a long history. The college stood up in 1885. Value -added professional courses are running by this college since 1885. The college is located near the ISBT. Workshops, seminar and conferences occur on regular basis. MSME skill development programmes are also run here. This college has a very large library. I got admission hereby direct merit basis

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

BCA is a technical course. If you want to step into the IT field, this is the easiest way. If you had mathematics in class 12th with 55% in any of the streams, you can take admission here. Highly knowledgeable and qualified faculty. Most of the professors are postgraduate or have PhD in their respective fields. Raja Balwant Singh College, Agra is affiliated with Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Agra. Exams are held 2 times a year i.e December (odd semester) & May (even semester).

Class Size: 90Course Fees: INR 25000 per year

Placement Experience

3.5

If we talk about placement in this college, this can be called a set back for this. Most local business companies approach here to hire the students. Internship assistance provided here through Internshala, and faculty really helps in that internship. Genpact, Justdial, TCS, etc are the key recruiters of the college. The highest package got by the student of this college is 4.25 lacs per annum

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees are very much affordable for an average person. The fee structure of the BCA are as follows - fees for first year students - 25000/- per year. Fees for second year students - 24000/- per year. Fees for the third year student - 23917/- per year. In this college, you can opt for a scholarship. You can get a scholarship of around 31000/- if you fulfil the eligibility criteria of the Uttar Pradesh government.

Campus Life

3.5

Curricular activities happen every week in this college. Majorly IT fest and Talent buzz happen on the large scale. IT fest is the technical fest in which students of various colleges takes part. Talent buzz is a culture fest where students show their talent. There are various workshops, seminar and conferences held during the course. Fresher's party and farewell party are also part of this college. Well equipped classrooms are there with projectors and smartboards.

Does LL.M in integral University worthy

Likes

It is having nice infrastructure and other facilities for both the girls and boys students.
They are having girls common room in each building of the college.
The washroom facilities are very good and hygienic

Dislikes

The time tables are bit tiring and exhaustive
There are plenty of assignments and assessment test
There are many competitions held at a time so some times it becomes exhaustive

Placement Experience:

The placement facility is very good. University has it's own placement cell. Alumni and recent graduated students are eligible for the placements . As well as from second year students are eligible for the internship opportunities. Many companies come and select students from campus interview rounds. Many companies select students through online mode like Google meet. Students get regular notification mail and sms regarding job opportunities by the placement Cell as well as faculties also share job opportunities and internship opportunities in the college groups . So that students can apply who all are interested. Almost 95% students get campus placement during their last year or semester. The average package given to the student is 6-8 LPA and the highest package range about 24-25 LPA. My plans are to give competitive exams and doing PhD for further qualification.

They have provided average placement like most of companies are mass hiring like tcs and accenture ..and only few companies come to offer big package
Infrastructure is good but there is need of reconstruction at some places the water is ticking in rain season continuously, and curriculum is okay okay not that much relevant to industry , they taught text books rather than the real practical cases

The examination checking - the student who is cr or having any relation with teachers got highest marks without writing the answer properly
The food canteen first of all the canteen is off from the past 1 or 2 year and now it reopen but it sells dirty food , waste foods
The college professor support , they are not that much supportive

Course Curriculum Overview:

coding I am interested in coding that why I offer this course It provide some courses but not all courses are related to real world they have to use practical examples and make students aware of the real industry According to me the time and frequency is okay of exam

My geart government college

Likes

If I talk about my college that i appreciate is the best part of environment very much good and more than best other government colleges in mzn
Our campus life is okay okay!! Cause I'm not that part of campus life. So I don't enjoy that part of my college.
I truly talking about faculty's it is genuine with us . And teaching methods is best every teachers always the right time in the classroom.

Dislikes

No more provided placements in our college cause it is a government. But always support teachers for providing for career development.
It's a properly government college. So more more facilities in our college and campus life other students who studied about coursees.
I did completed Bachelors of commerce in our college.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Ok, if I talk about my course, I have done B.Com from there and B.Com is a very good level course. It means there is a degree in it and I had to prepare for government job and from the beginning I had taken commerce in 11th class, so I found B.Com very suitable for me and as far as exams are concerned, B.Com means good study. Our college used to teach us very well, so I had also taken tuitions together, so it was quite good. My experience means it did not seem so difficult. I found it very difficult, I used to get very good exams and I cleared it very well without any back.
