Remarks

Strong alumni network, Decent ROI you have to give SNAP for admission followed by GD PI WAT Infrastructure is good with all the facilities needed for students .SCMHRD has a strong faculty base that includes both permanent and visiting faculties having strong expertise in their subject matter. the cafeteria facilities are good and meals are provided three times a day.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is designed as per industry requirements. It gives corporate exposure to Business Analytics methods. The solid foundation of programming in R and python is in the course. Visualization tools like tableau are taught. SCMHRD has a strong faculty base which includes both permanent and visiting faculties.

Summer placements are 100 percent. All major companies from every sector come to recruit from the campus. Live project opportunities are also offered by the college round the year. The average compensation for the summer placements is around 1.49 lakhs and the highest being 3.2 lakhs.

Both final and summer placements are 100 percent. Top companies from every sector recruit from the college. Colgate Palmolive, Cisco, Dabur, ABG, Boston Scientific, Nivea, VI, etc. are few names. The placements are well organized. The average compensation is around 15.65 lakhs and the highest being 38.5 lakhs for the final placements.

Fees and Financial Aid

MBA Business analytics has fees of approximately 17 lacs including hostel and mess. Flagship program MBA core has fees of approximately 21 lacs. The fees are slightly on the higher side but the investment is worth it.

Campus Life

15 committees and clubs are managed by students. These committees take care of various events and guest lectures. The library has more than 24000 books, various database access like Euromonitor, Ebsco, Bloomberg terminal access, etc. The library is fully wi-fi enabled. The auditorium is fully air-conditioned with a sitting capacity of 300 people.

Hostel Facilities

Hostels are fully enabled with Wi-Fi. Hostels have all the facilities as it is a residential program. The rooms have attached bathroom and room cleaning service and laundry service are available. The meal is provided 3 times a day. The quality of the meal is good.

Interview Experience

The entrance exam of the admission is SNAP. The SNAP exam is easy compared to CAT. Based on the SNAP result, students are shortlisted and GD/PI rounds are conducted. GD is based on Current Affairs and abstract topics. WAT is taken based on any topic. After GD and WAT, PI is taken which is approximately of 20 minutes.

As we are in the 1st year of our college, I won't be able to answer this accurately. But, as far as what I've heard from the alumni and seniors, the average placement stats of this college is around 15LPA. The highest package may scale up to 30LPA.

the level of ecpertise in terms of faculty is really amazing, we have faculties coming from milan to teach us.

missing on college campus because of space .

after 3rd sem companies starts visiting the college , highest package for this year is 28 lps as of now , avg is 13 lpa, my plans are getting into a good fmcg company. percentage ad of now is 70 % , there is quite a few of no of companies visiting

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for campus placements from starting of the second year. The placements commence then and continue till everyone is placed. Being a young college, the placements are improving on a yearly basis with new companies being onboarded. The average package stands around 12-13LPA.

Remarks:

I had honestly applied in only a selected number of colleges, as I was doing really well in my coaching and was always among the top 2. Since, I was expecting a lot from myself, it created performance pressure and I went blank during the actual CAT examination. So SDA bocconi was among the top 2 options that I had. It is less than a decade old and has still managed to provide good placements. The most fascinating part is the entire semester in Bocconi,Milan which is the 21st best college in the world and 7th in Europe. I also spoke to many aluminis and hardly got to hear anything that will stop me from taking admission in SDA bocconi. Plus, the advantage of the college being in a city like Mumbai has it's own advantages.

Any person is eligible who is completed his/her graduation from some well known university and having grad percenetage above 50(for general) and above 45 (for st/sc). The application form is available at the time of applying for the Snap exam else seperately from the college or university portal it could be filled. In Symbiosis International University, they have the reseravtion provision for Kashmiri Migrants, ST, SC, OBC, PWD. They are benefitted in the order of seat reservation. For Kashmiri Migrants 2 seats, SC 15%, ST 7.5% and PWD 3% of the total seats are reserved. SCMHRD Business Analytics Course Review by Student 2021-'23 batch

1. Gave SNAP Exam and applied for the course 2. My SNAP score was 94.14 percentile, while the course cutoff was about 90 percentile, so got a call for the next rounds. 3. I was eligible for the admission process of SIBM Pune and SCMHRD. The criteria for selection to these institutions are 97.3 for SCMHRD and 98 for SIBM, Pune for the general category.
