Admission will be based on the rank of an individual in BBA CET. this college is accredited A+ grade by NAAC has great alumni bass the college provides various opportunity and exposure with the medium of events and competition. Also, the quality of staff and faculty is good. The teachers and college authorities are very cooperative. Though the campus is very small as we have only 2 buildings the college makes sure that all the facilities provided are well maintained. The E-shaala portal is a very valuable asset to students. It helps them to get 24/7 access to the class notes, video lecture, attendance details, mark sheet, events details etc.
Course Curriculum Overview
BBA is a professional degree that helps an individual to build upon their management skills. Through this course, we get a brief understanding of organizational environment and working. The gender diversity in college is quite good. The teachers are well trained and equipped in their particular curriculum. It is easy to pass if an individual understands the basic concepts and aspects of the subject and is thorough with the ppt shared by faculty.
Internships Opportunities
During the pandemic very few internship opportunities were available. Again most of them were sales orientated. Certificates of the internship was only provided if we successfully completed the allotted tasks. Also, the selection process wasn't transparent. Co. Like outlook, idbi, sharekhan, etc came. I did my internship with outlook India. It was the worse experience. Though after completion of the tasks we were not having any updates from the mentors. And the placement cell was also not taking action for the same. The co. Quoted to provide a stipend but in reality, didn't provide it.
Placement Experience
In 6th-semester students get the opportunity to apply for campus placement. Very few companies offer jobs to BBA students. Most job profiles were in marketing. The package was around 3-5lakhs. As fewer future growth opportunities are available after BBA therefore I am looking forward to go for post-graduation.
Fees and Financial Aid
If you belong to the general category there is no scholarship available. In case of a fee hike by the university, a prior undertaking will be issued. For BBA students there are ample job opportunities available in the field of marketing and sales.
Campus Life
RDIAS organizes an annual first-named razzmatazz in that student from various other colleges participate in various extra curricular activities. Star night is also being scheduled. The students have ample opportunity to coordinate and participate in events.
