IBS is famous for its case base study methods and is one of the best colleges in Gurgaon. It takes IBSAT, CAT, SNAP, XAT, etc as entrance exams. I got to know about this college from my college mates who had their people study from IBS.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course is well known for its case-based methods of teaching. It has a great faculty with respect to qualification and support. The college curriculum includes personality development too which is essential.
Internships Opportunities
Many internships were provided which vary in projects and sectors. Some companies provide stipend too which is provided monthly. The college has its program for internships and it happens after the 2nd semester.
Placement Experience
Campus placements are good with average packages up to 9-10 lakh CTC. Companies visit every year as Gurgaon is well connected with companies. There is a placement cell that handles everything in the 3rd semester.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure is 400000 per annum and there is no hike. A merit scholarship is provided and the campus provides internships with stipend offers in some cases. There is financial assistance that can be taken from banks through loans.
Campus Life
There are many groups like the cyborg club marketing club finance club which organizes fests and games as extracurricular. Sports are also a part of IBS. Classrooms are well equipped and well maintained.
Interview Experience
My topic of GD was on the social conditions in rural India and the development of small business. The topic was vast but easy as I read about the recent developments and had examples to back up my arguments. PI was held at the campus in which 5-6 questions were asked all about my personal information and skills.
