Remarks
I chose this college because I had an option to choose government colleges core branch Vs pvt colleges CS/IT with FW, so I decided to choose this college and I like problem solving. So I tried to choose CS/IT and I got IT in Galgotia with FW seat.
Course Curriculum Overview
So, basically talking about faculty members you won't be satisfied at all, but yes some are pretty good. In my 1st sem. there are 6-7 subjects and there are 2-3 teachers . Talking about coding, you have to learn by your own, and if you want to do C.P you have to learn it yourself.
Placement Experience
So, basically talking about placement, college claims that placement is 100 percent, I don't know the ground reality that there are may be call center jobs also. But in CS/IT its good and other branch students also got placed in IT companies and average package is same 4-5lpa. Core companies also visits in our college. All college of greater Noida have same placement record. The placement cell of Galgotia college and University are same and there are 200 companies visited in our college. But because both have same placement cell there are approx. 3k-4k candidates sit for placement. Most of them are mass-recruiter but there are some product based company also visit in college. But competition is high to get decent placement. I know many of them who apply for off campus and got jobs better than our college.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fee- It's around 126k per year(both 1&2 sem.) so its common, all Greater Noida colleges have same around 120k-150k per year fee. Scholarship- You have two options either you get FW seat or U.P gov. scholarship 1. FW-in which you have not to pay tuition fee that is 110k its dedicated and you have to pay 16k in first year as my experience cuz I am FW student. 2.U.P gov. scholarship. you can check out the criteria its same for all.
Campus Life
Now here is why I prefer this college. Social life is pretty good here. There are many clubs that you can join, campus is beautiful. And one thing that I like most is you have to attend class 5 days in a week i.e. you have 2 days in which you can study and enhance your skill.
Interview Experience
You can get admission in this college by 3 ways. 1.Get good percentage in 12th boards. 2.By UPSEE(*in 2021 JEE main only). 3.By JEE main or advance. I got admission through UPSEE so there is no interview or GD happened.
