Remarks

The College is ranked among top 100 colleges in India and is the only college in Hyderabad which is ranked in top 100. The course combination provided- Economics and Social Management is rarely offered by other colleges in Hyderabad.I took a review of few students from the same course before admission. The fees was also reasonable, admission was purely on merit basis and the whole process was online. The college has good infrastructure and there are events conducted all year round. We have an open gate system. Sometimes there is a lack of communication between management and students but now they have a student council to increase communication.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

My course is a triple major in Economics, Public Administration and Social Management which covers all 3 major aspects of a nation. The faculty-student ratio on average is 1:60. All the facilities have either done or are in the final year of their PhD and relate the subject with current issues wherever possible. There is a continuous assessment done all through the semester.

Internships Opportunities

4

In the second and third year we get internship opportunities that we can do with college mostly for 3-4 hrs a day . An average stipend of Rs15000 is offered. These internships are mostly from 6 to 10 weeks. We also get Summer internships of around 6-8 weeks.

Placement Experience

4

We get internship opportunities from third semester and placement cell guides students from third year. They provide training and various opportunities. Companies like Deloitte, Amazon, Goldman Sachs come for placements. 1 in 5 students are likely to get placements. Packages vary a lot depending on the company and positions.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees is reasonable just 30000/year and we had an option to pay it semester-wise. There was no hike in fees despite lockdown and online classes. Students from low-income backgrounds are given scholarship opportunities.

Campus Life

4.5

The campus has excellent infrastructure,we have an extensive library and all the books required for the course are available. Every department has its club and it's mandatory to conduct activities in form of games/guests lectures. Every club has an annual event open to all students of the college - sometimes national-level inter-college fests. We have digital classrooms, an indoor stadium, volleyball ground and there is lots of greenery around the campus.
