Remarks

I loved my institute a lot, I learned a lot of things apart from Management. I got exposed to real world. I studied thru interactive sessions that helped me develop myself and prepare for the corporate world.

Entrance Preview

ATMA My scrore was 96.59 percentile. I opted for this institute because it was pioneer in specialized MBA of Biotech.

It covers the basic MBA subjects along with the Biotech specific courses,For example we studied: Marketing, Finance, Operations/Material management, Organizational behavior. organization development along with basic biotech subjects. Like Basics of Biotechnology, Biotech industry practices. Several diversified areas in Biotech like Agree, Biochem etc.

3.5

Placements were good. around 70% of students got jobs thru campyus placements.Smartanalyst: 5 lacs/annumMonsanto: 4 lacs/annmLupin:3.4 lacs/anumBD Medical: 5 lacs/annum.

College Events

3.5

We had a Street play events: It is a cultural event where students organize street play to showcase different problems in society.Annual Gathering was a big dayevent.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Feasible, I paid 40,000 per annum for 2 years. I believe in today's era it was not a huge amount and pretty affordable for middle-class parents as well . Hostel and other charges are different but again University hostels are very cheap and did not really put any extra burden.

Fees and Financial Aid

For students who are from the reserved categories, they got their tuition fess refunded from the Social Welfare Ministries. University processed all these claims.

Campus Life

3.5

Campus live was very good and rich in terms of exposure. University of Pune in known for it's open culture. Gender ratio was quite good. I believe more that 50% students in my class were female. Extracurricular activities were good. We worked on several management related workshops.

Hostel Facilities

3

Hostel rooms are in sharing. Seats were few and Hostel would come up with a list based on the Merits to allocate the seats in Hostel, I never had to opt for PGs because of hostels which could have been an expensive options. For hostels I hardly paid aroun

Alumni/Alumna

Chapter meet is in the event that is held every year and organized by the Alumni committee of the college, This event is organized in 4 different cities in India to accommodate more and more alumni.

Exam Structure

Exams were hectic, with the semester pattern we has courses to study and appear in the exam every six month.

Faculty

3.5

Faculty was very good. Course coordinators were Ph. d doctorate who had in depth knowledge of the subject and had very interactive sessions to teach us.

Placement Experience:

The placements depend upon which Specialization you're in. If you're a marketing student there will be lots of good companies coming in for placements followed by finance and then HR. You become eligible for placement from 3rd semester. Companies such as Deloitte, PWC, TCS, HCL, etc. visit the campus for placements and offer a good amount of Packages.

College management is not that good, which I felt is need to be improved. making everything student centric makes it difficult for students as well as college to be organised.

We learned a lot from the curriculum and the college itself. My journey was a mixed bag of feelings with many sweet and sour moments. The classroom sessions were fun and so were the field visits and management activities like webinars or mock marketing competitions.

College is almost good .this for those who want only masters but no placement .if you also want to get placed in any company need only degree ur welcome. The management is worst the nonteaching staff doesn't know how to talk with students especially the admission office. I here declare whatever I have seen and suffered I presented my view about this college to you, not it's your choice to go to heaven like symbiosis or choose hell. I was misguided and helpless so I came here means I got fewer marks in a snap so please students appear for snap sincerely.
