I choose this college as it is providing very good placement and it is also the top institute under AKTU and the top institute of NCR which is always a win-win situation for a student. here the student has to go through the UPSEE exam and must score under 2000 rank for the CSE branch in this college.
Course Curriculum Overview
CSE is a course providing good placements from past years and in our college, every 50 students are having a personal mentor of themselves. the thing that I loved is the teaching strategy of faculties and their concern towards teaching all the faculty members are PhD or at least post graduate from their personal subject and having command on their subject.
Internships Opportunities
Many companies provide internships and students take internship off and on campus, the college also helps students to get into internships and a pretty okay stipend is given to students. many of the projects are done by the students and college also focus on students to solve real life problems for which college pays you.
Placement Experience
The placement in the campus is okay as last year 70% of students were placed and a student is ready for an internship after 2 years the college also helps students to get internships the highest package of last year was 27 lakh by amazon and the average package is 6.7 lakh, most of the MNCs came in the campus for placements.
Fees and Financial Aid
The annual fees for the year2020-2021 were 1.36 lakh + 8000 examination fees no other money is taken except these two The scholarship is provided by the college on the performance of the student in academics.
Campus Life
the innotech the tech fest. prastuti and rann as a cultural fest. endeavour as entrepreneurship fest. the book availability of its library is approx 90% as the central library consists of more than 25000 books. sports and extracurricular is at another level, the KIET Football team is being the winner of inter college competition for the last 5 years. social groups such as Uddeshya is run by students and every club on campus is ran by students only.
Hostel Facilities
hostel rooms are quiet in good condition you get mess where I found it as the rumour that hostel food is not good. the menu is decided by a council of students and warden the only thing that is not provided in the hostel is Laundry service the hostel fees are 90k per year and it's totally affordable.
Interview Experience
there are two ways for admission in KIET Ghaziabad. 1- Give UPSEE and crack it then in counselling you may take admission. 2- on merit based apply on kiet official website they will take your interview and give you the choices of branches based on your marks in 12 and performance in the interview.
