IMIT, Cuttack Student's Review

The admission process was online mode. I have also applied in other MBA colleges in Odisha i,e IMIT, BIITM, CIME etc. But luckily I got placed in my first choice college i,e IMIT, Cuttack. The admission criteria is you have to score atleast within 500 OJEE ranks to get admission in IMIT, Cuttack. The admission process was online mode. The first step in admission is choice locking of college as per you are willing to take admission. The upload certificates and documents online in the OJEE website and college website. The physical report to the college for document verification with all certificates and documents.

I choose this course because I want to be HR Manager in a reputed company. The course curriculum is according to BPUT, MBA Course curriculum. In IMIT, faculties are very helpful and hardworking. They clear each and every doubt of students and complete each subject syllabus in time. They also guide students to develop soft skills required in their future. In IMIT, faculties are well educated and have lots of experience in teaching. They always try their best to give conceptual education. Two Semester exams are conducted in a year according to BPUT, MBA course curriculum.

College offers summer internships to students i,e for 1-2 months with a good stipend. Students have to submit final year projects according to BPUT, MBA course curriculum according to which mark will be awarded to them.

IMIT, Cuttack provides both on and off-campus placements in reputated companies like Flipkart, Axis Bank, Bajaj finance, etc. Students become eligible for placement from 3rd-semester i,e second year. Every year more than 90 percent of students get placements. My plan after getting my MBA degree is to get placed in a reputated company with a good salary package.

The fee structure was according to BPUT, MBA course curriculum i,e 70000 Rupees for Complete MBA course. 35000 Rupees yearly excluding hostel fees. Additional 15000 Rupees will be added to college fees if anyone want to stay in a hostel. There are many opportunities for scholarships i,e medhabruti, prerana etc. for students. There are also many opportunities for campus jobs in IMIT, Cuttack. Life at the college campus was good and memorable. The students are friendly and helpful. The annual fest and tech fest are celebrated every year on a college campus in the month of February. Sports and extracurricular activities are also organised every year in college.
