Overall Experience was good but not best

I applied for Vellore Institue of Technology but I didn't opt for it because the fees were too high for me. The admission for Anurag University was based on the TS EAMCET marks and exam counseling. On the counseling day, you provide the required documents. The admission process was quite simple after the college being provided to you, you need to go to the college to provide the required documents, etc.

As the field of technology gets updated frequently I decided to choose computer science and engineering. The faculty: student ratio is 1:25 approximately. The faculty is well qualified and the teaching methods are quite good. The exams are conducted in a timely manner and it is not much difficult to pass the exams.

Our college hardly provides internship opportunities. You need to apply through other resources such as Internshala, Linkedin for internships. You can apply for internships based on your interests and skills. I took a paid internship from Verzeo on Machine Learning using Python.

From the third year, the students become eligible for the placements. TCS, HCl, Sutherland, Capgemini, Cognizant are a few of the many companies which visit our college for placements. The highest package is 8 LPA and the average package is 3.5 LPA Nearly 80 -90 % of students get placed from our college

There was no fee hike in these few years, but recently as the college became a university the fees were hiked to 2 lacs per annum for newly enrolled students. I was not eligible for the scholarship but in case you have an Income tax certificate or caste certificate you may be eligible for fee reimbursement

AAGAMA is an annual fest conducted every year in the month of January. Books and Journals are available in huge numbers for students. Projectors are also present in many classes for presentations. Sports fest is also conducted every year. There are many clubs in the college which are run by the students such as Null club, Data Analytics club, web club and many more.
