Remarks

L.R.Tiwari, vidyavardhini, Thakur college of engineering and not choosing it because I liked Shah and Anchor Kutchhi Engineering College more than others. Gujarati minority quota as it a minority college. You just need a valid minority certificate with other necessary documents for admission. Must have completed 12 or done diploma to take admission in engineering branch in this college. Admission depends on JEE marks & MHTCET marks. The admission process as smooth as I got admission via the government portal and the procedure in college was also easy and simple. They had mentioned all the documents to be carried with photocopies so if you do that properly then it goes well.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

Top course so I selected this. Properly don't know the faculty student ratio but will surely tell that it's good and every student has a mentor. Mentor: student ratio is 1:18 that's quite good. Faculty are highly qualified with degrees from reputed universities. The teaching method is the old traditional board method but they are best at it. They also try to teach students with the help of models and PPT. The exams are scheduled perfectly as the syllabus gets over there an exam. If you study properly with completing your assignment and everything it's easy to score good marks.

Internships Opportunities

4.5

Shah and Anchor Kutchhi Enginnering College it gives Internship to it students in college also and the roles are building any app/ college website. The mentors for this will be the Hod/ senior Teachers who will be mentoring students. Stipend will also be received by students for doing the job.

Placement Experience

4.5

5/6 sem we become eligible for placements. Capgemini, Byju's, Infosys, TCS mass recruitment took place. There are a total of 48+ companies coming to our college for recruitment. Average package : 3.5/p.a. Highest: 10.2/p.a. 2020-21 : 82%, 2019-20 : 100%, 2018-19 : 100%.

Fees and Financial Aid

10% fees hike is there but due to covid, there were no fees hike this year. I do not own an income certificate so I am not available for any scholarships. Financial assistance is given by college by taking a student loan. I am in my second year so haven't received any job till now.

Campus Life

5

Pratishtha is the annual fest. February is the month. The library is well sorted with all the books required for students in the meantime of the course. Library also has more books for extra knowledge and experience. Sports events do happen and indoor games like chess, carrom, table tennis everything is there in college. ECell, IEEE, IETE, ACM, and more
