Remarks
My college is KIET Group of Institutions. The best thing about my college is the brilliant faculties for all the academic subjects and the staff is very supportive and helpful. The infrastructure is beautiful and clean. The cafeteria is not so expensive. Extracurricular activities are also taken care of. Overall, my college is supportive and I miss going there.
Course Curriculum Overview
Brilliant faculties in my college. They provide good notes and teach very well. I appreciate faculties for teaching us to take care of the pandemic. My course is Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology and the Head of Department is very supportive and he brings us with many opportunities in the technical field.
Internships Opportunities
I had 2 internships in my college and I gained some knowledge of technical fields and gained some exposure. I built many game-based projects, including Tic-tac-toe, rock paper scissors, sudoku, QR Generator, etc.
Placement Experience
From semester 6, students are eligible for placements. Companies visited in my college include Amazon, Adobe, TCS, Walmart, Wipro, Juspay, Deloitte, and a few more. The highest package offered was 27.04 LPA by Adobe. 70-80% got placed every year in my college.
Fees and Financial Aid
Bachelor of Technology is an expensive course, but due to the Covid-19 pandemic, it seems unaffordable now. My father lost his business and we are managing to live. I don't know how to pay college fees for the academic session 2021-22.
Campus Life
The annual fest held were Epoque and Prastuti conducted in march. The singer Vilen came in our campus. A lot of books along with newspapers are available in the college Central Library. Classrooms are fully AC. There are a lot of social groups such as Uddeshya, MUN, TedX-Kiet, Innogeeks, Impeccable, and few more.
