NICE JOURNEY OF KIET

I applied firstly KIET GROUP OF INSTITUTIONS and I got selected in this college. When I come to this college first time, the college took a test for direct admission. I give that exam and passed that exam and they gave me admission to the college. The test was of 25 marks which include topics of Physics, Chemistry and Maths. My age at that time is 17. The admission process was quite difficult for direct admission but I clear that and got admission to my dream college. My dream branch was computer science and I got computer science and information technology and now I am very happy being a part of the KIET Group of Institutions.

I Choose the BTech course because from childhood my attraction is for computer-related activities very much so that I decided in the 12th class to take admission in engineering and technology. The faculty of KIET college is very kind-hearted and they love their students very much. They always stand for their students and to solve their problems. the relation of faculty and students looks like they are family members and know everything about us. and always ready to solve our issues and any kind of problems. The teachers are the best and they are very well qualified. Some of the teachers have done PhD from a premium institute like IITs. they are very knowledgeable. In KIET total of 4 exams is held in one semester. In which 3 are internals and final one are university exam. Academic is an only good thing and I want to improve my Practical knowledge. If we punctuate and work hard then every exam is simple and we can gain anything that we want.

The industry and internship in KIET Group of Institutions stand on a noble thought of developing an innovative mind with contemporary skills to meet the challenge. We have to make good projects which are based on real-life problems and solutions which follows certain tasks and provide something good for all. We have to work hard for making projects. If we have good projects then our chances of getting a place in good companies are very high. In my first sem, I make a mini project that is based on game development.

From the 7th semester, companies visited campus for recruiting students and forgive internship also in their company. many companies visited campus some of them are TCS, TECH MAHINDRA, AMAZON, FLIPKART, ADOBE etc. They give offers like 15 to 16 student. The highest package in KIET college is 18 lakhs and the average package is 3.5 lakhs. For getting placement on campus our SGPA must be greater than 6 then only we can get placement on campus. My plan after getting a degree is to forget placement from campus in a good company.

Fees Structure in KIET Group of Institutions is different for different courses as I took admission in BTech so the fees of my first year are 145000/- for the year and now I am in the second year and the fees for the second year was 120000/-. In our college scholarship opportunity is given to students. I also fill the scholarship form which is very helpful for us. This scholarship is from UP GOVERNMENT. Our college also gives scholarship to those students who have good academic and gain good marks in semester exams. This is a very good opportunity for every student. Campus placements are Good and they always strive to adhere to the best industry for students and the students are deserving to get placed with an average package of 3.5 lakhs.

In the annual fest, INNOTECH is the most awaited event in the institutions. it held in November in association with confederation of Indian industry. In the KIET library, there has around 1.5 lakhs books and journals on engineering, humanities, science and management and pharmacy. The institute campus is very well developed and with the latest facilities and modern amenities. On-campus, there are big fields for sports and there are also clubs related to a sport where students can join those clubs and got benefits from those clubs. There are so many others clubs in which different activities performed .these clubs are related to social life, art, dancer, singers etc.

In campus hostel facilities are well. the rooms of hostels are two, three-seater. in which one bed, table, chair and attached bathroom are available. The meal quality is good and the menu becomes changed after some time. To get a hostel on campus we have to fill one form the hostel fees for the first year is 93000/- and for the second year, it is 89000/- for a year. The room is quite small but it is good enough and the bathroom is attached with all rooms. different hostels for different year boys are available on campus. If I rented a room or PG then I want that room was near my college so that no problem is happening to come to college every time.
