MBA in SMVDU

- I had applied for SICSR, Symbiosis, Pune, and during COVID 19, I was unable to get admission there. - I haven't availed any quota for admission. - There were no criteria for minimum age, but yes for marks, it was minimum of 50% was required in the graduation. - I had to fill the admission form online and provide the required details. Then I got an email confirmation if I had applied through any entrance exam like CAT/MAT/CMAT. I filled in the required details in that form too. After some time I got a confirmation email and call about my admission to the respective university.

- I chose this course because I wanted to learn and upgrade my skills for getting into the corporate industry. - The faculty and student ratio is fine in the university. - The faculty is well educated and well experienced. Teaching methods are also fine but in online classes, students are not provided with sufficient notes that can help them to get good marks in examinations. - Term exams are taken on time and the difficulty level in the rating of 7-8.

After the completion of 2 sem, we are eligible for the on-campus placements. ICICI, Prescon, Sriram are the companies that have visited here And they offer the role of the salesperson to the students. The highest package is 400000 and the lowest is 320000. 50/60% of students get placed here in SMVDU. I'll be working in an MNC.

- SMVDU charges Rs.98,500 per semester fees but in comparison to MIET which charges Rs.75,000 and Jammu University which charges Rs.50,000, SMVDU is costlier in terms of cost of study. - I have not attained any Scholarship, Financial Assistance & Job on campus with a stipend till now.

- Due to COVID, we have not attended any fest in the university yet. - Mostly are books are available in the library easily. - Air-conditioned classrooms with fans and projectors for the presentation. - Due to COVID and online classes, sports & extracurricular activities are suspended for now.
