Remarks

It is the best and main college of entire palamu.Students need his/her name in merrit list for addmission.If you are lucky you are selected.And it is the best college of whole palamu.The college is outside of town so atmosphere is pleasent for study.Bus auto and many transportation service available for college.The CRPF camp is also in college side.The area of college is 5 km².If you study good then you are be a good student.Schoalership programme is also available from college.Teachera are exprienced and very good.

All courses are available in this college because it is the main college of whole district.If you choose this college for your future then believe me you are choosing best college of palamu.Teachers are very exprienced all facilities are available in this college.Best thing about this college is security because of crpf.

Schoalarship programme is also available from college.Or if you are not selected then you can also apply for jharkhand governmemt schoalership progerrame.Although the fees of college is affordable for lower class.Litterally best college in palamu.If you think that we are living in backward district of jharkhand so thought it is best.

Campus Life

College is good.Canteen is not available in college.The buildinh of college is older.Ncc and sports are also available in college.Students participates in many programmes from college side.If you are intrested then it is the best way to make your future bright

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facility is available from college.The charges of hostel room with mess is 4000 per month.1 day nonveg in week.The warden is very good.Also hostel is nearby 500 m from college.The area is too good and silent

Xavier's college Ranchi pros and cons

Likes

The professors were friendly and highly intellectual. They were here to help us in every possible way
Also the student exposure was good ss compared to other colleges in the Ranchi.
The campus was great . Had every facilities you needed

Dislikes

It was less like a college and more of a school because of strict rules
There's were hardly any fun event's or fest in my span of 4 year's of college life

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose the history because this subjects always used to facinate me . There were different professor's to teach different sub topics like that of ancient history mediaeval or modern history. It dealt with both Indian ad world history. We were provided with the notes regularly and books too as reading materials. The course could have been made more interactive

College and my life as different aspects

Likes

The cleaness and the professor of the college and the campus
College has provided different uniform for the different departments
All departments have their own class and building all the labs are provided their for practical

Dislikes

College didn't have a proper regulation for all departments
College didn't conduct class every day or it didn't have a proper schedule and students are also not interested in classes
I think college have to provide scholarship for all categories and same for all the departments

Course Curriculum Overview:

The professor of the college aree well qualified but the regulations are very low the teaching process is good but the classes are not continuous and the students are not interested their are very less department which hav their proper schedule and in my major paper class are only proper but the AEC papers and minor paper never conducts a single class for students

The college campus has two building and the area is very large, magnificient
College faculty are good and supportive.
Best sanitation and drinking facility...

Dislikes

Sometimes teachers dont come in class during their period
The campus land gets muddy during rainy season
Buses seats are adjusting and students difficult to find seat sometimes.

So When I was in twelfth class , I think I should choose history hons. becaus I want time for my side study so i chose this Here, in my university the faculties teach well. And in every university the study are not as good as the study and teachers in school, students should work for themselves and should not totally depends on university and study, they should work other curriculum activities. So my university timing for UG are from 9:30 am to 1:45 pm Every period timing are 45 min. Lunch time around 30 min. And bus time is 2:15

Placement Experience:

the college expenses is in budget but the parking area is small and the staff are good but some of them are not co-operative most of the students visit the library but having low space we did not move that side

Awesome experience

Entrance Preview:

I love the language English so I opted for this course and this being the best college in the state and third best in the eastern zone it had to be SXC Ranchi. It is the first autonomous college under Ranchi university. Entrance exam is conducted by and in the college this course is one of the oldest and reputed ones of SXC RanchiFor externals. Just go through the bacis of English literature the panel there is there to check your deservingness that's it. Need not worry a lot just be confident. Keep all your documents ready and attested as you won't get enough time after the list is out.
