Remarks

Admission to this course is directly on the basis of marks obtained in class 12th (minimum 50%). There is some exemption in marks for Sc/St categories. Directly u can get admission by visiting colleges or their offices in different cities or by applying from its official website

Course Curriculum Overview

This course has scope in this digital era in which there is high demand for it professionals. In a class normally u would see 70-75 students and in the lab, they are divided into 2 groups i.e A and B. Normally all the teachers have done masters and some are PhD holders. There are Unit 1, unit 2 and final exams every semester and it's very easy to score if I just am careful in the class and make short notes about what they are teaching.

Internships Opportunities

U have to apply for an internship as teachers will let u know which companies are coming and then the examination will be conducted and if u passes then there are various roles offered like software testing debugging developer as per the company requirement.

Placement Experience

From 5th semester students start sitting for placements and Wipro TCS Infosys are the companies which visit and almost 10% of the students gets placed average package is around 2-3 lpa most of the students go for higher studies as the salary after the course is not so good as it's a 3 year bachelor degree.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees of this course are about 40k per semester and some extra charges like examination fee 2000 and others like fest fee which can cost around another 1000 RS per semester. There are various scholarships provided by the University based on marks scored in class 12th or if I belong to defence family or if u remember from the sc/St category. Apart from that u can apply for the Cucet exam and get a scholarship.

Campus Life

In every month there is fest workshop which is conducted in the University in which celebrity sports person etc visit the University as a guest. There is a library in every block and a central library in the University which is open from morning till late night and almost every book u will get. Sports culture in the University is very well many of the players have played at the national level from the University there are many fields in the University there are various clubs international the University which are run by students

My plans after getting the degree is probably opting for MCA or specialized certification to improve career prospects.

placement of this college in BGIMT was not good so far. There are no proper companies visit here to give placements. so students need to try on their own. The hihgest package i think students can got is near about 6 lacs and the minimum is 3lacs. Percentae should be more then 60%. My plan is to go aborad and do job

It's the best college in Bathinda city

Remarks:

This college is the best college for Bathinda students from around 3 to 4 districts comes to this college as it is the best college in malwa region. It has transportation which covers the wide range of 75kms. It provides hostels for both boys and girls and I feel the fees is feasible too. So I like this college on thes positive aspects.

Chandigarh University - My experience from fees to social life

I gave cucet but can't find the college that have cse in their colleges. That time my father was recently posted in chandigarh as chandigarh university was very close to me and the transport is also easy and I don't have to pay the hostel fees and I can be a day scholar also so I choosed this college as it provide a good network of peoples. The admission process was to simple ,I just applied for their entrance online exam cucet and booked a slot gave online test of 100 mcq from the selected domain and after that I got scholarship and to confirm my seat I have to pay 10000 part of my semester fees (that 10000 was from my semester fees) and after doing online formalities and upload document. An honest and brutal review for paramedical College
