Remarks

First you have to give the entrance CUCET on the basis of cucet score they will call for your admission. And also they will offer scholarships if you have a good score in CUCET as well as 12th marks. I have applied for Birla global university , but the fees of BBA was bit high. Then I applied for Rourkela Institute of Management studies, but it doesn't give placements. For BBA you have a valid score 55? in 12th boards and CUCET score based .

Course Curriculum Overview

BBA bachelor in business administration is the basic of MBA.BBA gives the basic knowledge of management.BBA focuses on your communication skills and overall managerial skills.I choose this course because I want to purse MBA in future and I like to do businesses. Faculty: student ratio is 80:7 All teachers are well qualified . They are not that highly qualified as in IIM'S or IIT'S. They have good experience in work fields too. In every month there will be a monthly surprise test then after 2 months semester exam will started.

Due to the pandemic internships was online. I got Raymond company.I was in the digital marketing department. Projects not been assigned till now. 108companies were assigned to students for internships. The internship was of 2months and I would like rate it 3out of 5

Placement Experience

For placements, you have to be in 5th and 6th sem if you have opted for a 3year course for a 4year course 7sem or 8 send students can apply for placements. Companies like Wipro, TCS, Amazon, Flipkart, Redhat, Cmpegini, Paytm, SBI, Axis etc. The highest package was of 34lakh per annum by Amazon. Average packages depend upon courses. But still average was of 7lakhs per anum. 80 percent of students get placed After my BBA degree I want to do an MBA

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees structure, for now, is 52000 per semester +2000 extra for exam fees. In 2019 fee was 47000. Due to pandemic fees hike. But Fees is OK for BBA because they provide good practical knowledge too. The scholarship is based upon 12th score, CUCET score, sports-based, and other cultural if you have national level certificates.

Campus Life

Annual fest, tech fest everything is very good. Technical fest for engineering students like robotics, space, Coders etc. An annual fest like cultural fests, college freshers, national festivals. Sports and extra-curricular activities are available like In sports:- Baseball Fencing Cricket Hockey Chess Badminton. Basketball Volley ball Social groups like local chapters clubs, local religious congregations. A website run by students is CUIMS .com

Hostel Facilities

The room is very well, bathroom toilets are well hygienic, mess food is very good. They provide breakfast, lunch, evening snacks, and dinner. 3days nonveg in a week. No lift in hostels. Lift is available for north campus hostels. Chicken, egg paneer are the best menu. During admissions, they will take the registration of hotels. Wifi is available. Nearby there are many pg. One of my friends lives there.

The untold truth

Placement Experience:

So each and every student get placement according to their skill and knowledge. Some students get foreign placement like in USA with 50 lpa or 70 LPA Some people who don't want to go foreign they receives the package of 8 lpa in India As a tourism student are girls in boys can become air hostess flight attendant cabin crew ground staff etc with 8 to 10 LPA package Some students get the normal job of 30 to 35000 as a fresher Some students get 15 to 20000 if they don't have skills this point based on individual people The college guarantee for placement but does not guarantee will stay there if you perform well you will stay there

Its is good college in terms of money and their atmosphere

Placement Experience:

Our college is not so good in terms of placement. Our college is not tied up with the MNC for the placements of the students. Mostly sales-related jobs are offered in the placements. The highest package offered by our college is approx 7 LPA and the average package is 4.8 LPA. According to my point of view, only 15 to 20 percent of students can get jobs.

When I took admission in this college, my admission was completed dependable on the marks I got in commerce subjects and my percentage as a whole. And I made it through the first list so I don't know about students who couldn't make it through the first list.

Great College

Remarks:

The accounts office has only two windows and the college has numerous students. Paying fee or fine becomes a lengthy process because of the long lines. There is mismanagement in that case. And student exchange program is also absent. No internships also is a drawback.

Chandigarh University - My experience from fees to social life

I gave cucet but can't find the college that have cse in their colleges. That time my father was recently posted in chandigarh as chandigarh university was very close to me and the transport is also easy and I don't have to pay the hostel fees and I can be a day scholar also so I choosed this college as it provide a good network of peoples. The admission process was to simple ,I just applied for their entrance online exam cucet and booked a slot gave online test of 100 mcq from the selected domain and after that I got scholarship and to confirm my seat I have to pay 10000 part of my semester fees (that 10000 was from my semester fees) and after doing online formalities and upload document. I got a call that you can come to university and attend classes. The admission process of too simple so I never taught of choosing other college at that time....Read More
