Remarks

I applied to various colleges but the course in this college is very good. The admission criteria for Cse is easy, you can apply online and through jee main also. This is in the top 5 colleges of aktu .

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

I choose this course because in the future the demand for computer science is very important. There are 120 students in the CSE branch and 20 faculty members. The qualification of the faculty members is very good and the teaching method was very good.

Class Size: 120Course Fees: INR 125000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Internship opportunities are less as you would be asked to do an internship in your summer holidays. You would have to find it on your own. They will ask you to register on Internshala and get an internship with a stipend. During your second and third years, there will be mini-projects to be made which you can work on of your choice.

Placement Experience

Placement is very good as compared to another private college, most of the companies come to college for on-campus placement and about 75% of students got placed every year, the average package is around 4-5lpa and the highest always vary from 10 -15 lpa either on or off-campus.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees: 125000 for all the branch you can get a fee waiver and a scholarship is also available upto Rs 60000 you can get a job in various companies like in Infosys, Microsoft, Wipro, etc., and here CSE and IT have upto 100+ companies. The average package is 4-5 lpa and the highest package varies between 10-15lpa either off or on campus.

Campus Life

4.5

The campus life is so good I mean whoever wants to live a proper college life they can join galgotias for sure, they provide very good freshers party with DJ nights and all annual fest which is known as unifest is also held every year and most of the popular singers and actors come to the college campus and do shooting like in the upcoming film Atrangi reshot in galgotias campus. The library is also there we can take books and keep it to us for more than a month classrooms are also very good and clean, sports and club activities are also available there.

Hostel Facilities

4.5

For the hostel, you need to register at the time of admission but there is a first-come firt serve procedure so if u come late for admission there might be no seat for u in hostel. For 4 seater in boys hostel price is Rs 9000 with meal per month and for 3 seater is Rs 10000 per month.

Hostel Fee: INR 108000 per year

Overall Feedback for College - Admission , Placement , Course , Faculty , Events

Likes

the security is nice at my college like proper cctv and guards , apart from that labs , and my dept is too good. Ac classroom and labs
They have provided average placement like most of companies are mass hiring like tcs and accenture ..and only few companies come to offer big package
Infrastructure is good but there is need of reconstruction at some places the water is ticking in rain season continuously, and curriculum is okay okay not that much relevant to industry , they taught text books rather than the real practical cases

Dislikes

The examination checking - the student who is cr or having any relation with teachers got highest marks without writing the answer properly
The food canteen first of all the canteen is off from the past 1 or 2 year and now it reopen but it sells dirty food , waste foods
The college professor support , they are not that much supportive

Course Curriculum Overview:

coding I am interested in coding that why I offer this course It provide some courses but not all courses are related to real world they have to use practical examples and make students aware of the real industry According to me the time and frequency is okay of exam

Galgotias College Brutal Honest Review

I have applied for Bihar State Nalanda college, chandi. It gave me aerospace engineering. I didn't choose that because their course curriculum with their faculties and college culture is not fit for getting placement. I wanted some placement oppurtunities through my college and GCET is suitable for it because of their location and college culture. My admission process of my college is through direct admission as well as UPTAC counselling. Direct admission is for those who have low JEE ranks and outside of UP and are early comers. Counselling is for merit based admission for UP students generally with better JEE ranks than direct admission students....Read More

I have also applied for JIIT Noida, but couldn't able to get CSE branch. However, In greater noida, comparing to other private colleges, GCET is much better option because of its location, fee structure, campus size. Admission process happened through AKTU counselling, also 15% seats researved for direct admission as well.
