Remarks

All the colleges in Delhi University had announced their cutoffs for their respective colleges. Similarly, when ANDC announce their cutoff, I realized that my results met their admission criteria and I got admitted into this college. I didn't apply to any other college. I didn't avail any quota for admission.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

I chose this course because my friends advised taking this as we have a lot of scope in the corporate world after the course. Course Curriculum is decided by the Delhi University Teachers association every year and I believe the faculty does a great job in explaining the concepts to us. Faculty: student is around 1:13. Exams are conducted every 6 months and they need round a year study to pass.

Placement Experience

3.5

There is a proper placement cell that is run by the faculty and the second-year students and students from the 5th semester can participate in it. Every year top companies like Wipro and E&Y are invited which come and recruit over 100 students every year. Packages vary from 4-12lakhs per annum and the average package is 6lakhs per annum. 70% of students are placed every year. I plan to study after getting the degree.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees of the college according to me is very low and it is very affordable. However, no financial assistance is given and no scholarships are available which I feel is justified because of the very low fees themselves. There has been no hike in fees over the past several years.

Campus Life

4.5

Due to the pandemic, offline fests have not been organized by the college but the annual fest named -'Corpomaze' was organized online by the commerce society of the college and it was a great success and a fun event. We have heard from our seniors that the library of the college is very good. However, the classrooms are not up to the mark as they have been always dirty and the infrastructure is broken. The playground is the hangout place for all students.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course provides a comprehensive image of finance and management, though after NEP, the curriculum seems a little irrelevent. The exams are conducted twice in a year, 2 sems per year, they conduct mid sem exams as well.
