Remarks

I didn't apply to any other college because I wanted to get into this college because it is very close to my house. I didn't avail any quota for the same. The Delhi University had announced its cut-offs for all the colleges and my result in class 12th met the required criteria so I was lucky to get into the college. There was no counseling day.

Course Curriculum Overview

This course was highly recommended to me by my parents as well as friends so I gradually decided to pursue this course. The faculty to student ratio is about 1:17. The faculty is very qualified in the college and they always have answers to the queries posed by the students. They help students even after college hours as well. Semesters exams are conducted twice a year and they are fairly easy to pass.

Class Size: 53Course Fees: INR 8000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

There has been no hike in the fees of the college for the past many years and the fee is very low at 8000 rupees per year only. No scholarship or financial assistance is provided by the college and in my opinion, it is very fine because the fees are already very low.

Campus Life

Corpomaze is the annual fest of the college and it is conducted by the commerce society of the college in the month of February. There are all kinds of books available in the college and a wifi facility is also provided. The classrooms are spacious but they are very unclean. Sports is also promoted in the college and a big playground is there for athletes.

An Unfiltered View of SRCC

Placement Experience:

Placement in SRCC is very amazing, and way beyond the placements of DU colleges. A lot of big big names in Finance, and consulting domain, recruit from campus including McKinsey & Co., Bain & Company, Kearney, Big 4s and all. Highest package is 35+ LPA and Average Package is 10 LPA. I HAVE PLANNED TO complete my ACCA along with a little work experience.

SRCC- Asia's Best college experience

Placement Experience:

Students of 3rd year are eligible for the same. Mckinsey, BCG, Bain, Blackrock, Meesho etc being the most prestigious recruiters. Highest package varies, but it went around 36 L last year. Avg being around 8 L. I would say most students who apply for placements get placed, however only a few get placed in the top companies. I personally wish to pursue an MBA.

A Detailed Review on ARSD College

Course Curriculum Overview:

Although, people say that B.Com doesn't have a great scope to it, I feel like there are many life lessons that we are taught during our college years. Since the introduction of NEP 2020, there has been a rather great emphasis on practical learning. In our college, we are asked for presentations and group projects to promote learning and communication. The presence of SEC and VAC also helps you develop your soft skills, groom your personality and live a happy and healthy life. Exams are help at the end of every semester. There are a few guides and PYQs with the help of which a student can prepare for these exams. They are relatively easy in my opinion and do not require extreme efforts. Overall, it's a great experience and a great opportunity to learn so many things.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose b.Com because I am from a commerce background. It is an open college class held only on Sundays classrooms are good but washrooms are average. Teachers are experienced and well-educated. Exams are held on every 6 months semester wise you have to study hard to clear exams.

College life in Acharya Narendra Dev College (ANDC), DU

This college was no.1 in my CUET preference list. I did few other courses for safer side but this course as well college was my top choice as it covers a lot of areas which are taught in MBBS and is quite interesting. Delhi University has 3 colleges for Biomedical Sciences, in which ANDC is the top college in terms of ranking that's why out of all three colleges this was my first choice. A few other options that I kept for me was microbiology, biochemistry in colleges such as Gargi and Deshbandhu. The college accepts your scores from CUET in subjects biology, chemistry and physics. The acceptance is done on the basis of your scores as well as your preference list. As this college was first on my preference list, I didn't get to face any rejection. The cutoffs for my admission year of 2024 was around 425+ for general category....Read More
