Entrance Preview

KCET, I scored 50000 I opted for it because it's an autonomous college and near to my native place bidar.

Course Curriculum Overview

1.5

It is not so good the Course curriculum in this. College doesn't focus on what the course ,they just vomit out the text book words and teach whatever they want. The most of the course curriculum here does go only by the books and not by logic and other reasoning.

Internships Opportunities

No, my college doesn't provide any kinds of internship.

Placement Experience

1

The placement and job opportunities here are also not good. Till 2014 there were no placements and in 2015 12 members got placed and in 2016 50 members got placed. Companies like CIG, jio, wipro and some few more less popular.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure changes according to the mood of the college. I got a payment seat and for a year it is 1,10,000, it is feasible but during college they manage to collect money by raising the amount for examination and here the teachers purposely fail a student to collect more money.

Fees and Financial Aid

Government schools is supported by our college like merit cum ,epass and dalit and Muslim scholarships and others.

Hostel Facilities

1

The hostel facilities here is the worst same as college. The hostel is very old and it is kept very dirty , the bathrooms stink all the time, the hostel rooms are two sharing and one single room also , sharing room costs 17000 per year and single room costs 24000 per year and bathroom is common for a floor.

Exam Structure

The exam structure is not good over here. Sometimes it's chilled out but sometimes it's very hectic and oftenly exams here keeps getting postponed and there are two exams a day. Labs here are very old equipped and not so functionable, the readings in lab always give wrong results.

Placement Experience:

Excellent placement training and reputed companies visit the campus. I had received offers from three companies which reflects the quality of opportunities available. Placement is one of the college's biggest strength. Student with no backlog and good academic records will get easily placed.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The aspects like: we had 2 internal exams in the semester and after completing these internal exams roughly at the 5th month we had practical exam + end semester exams, these exams would be mainly theory based inclusing some conceptual based questions & based on our understanding only, we can able to write the answers. One thing, I would suggest was we shall give more weightage to the practical based learning, that too during our days we were just the beginning of AI & Iot era was effectively going on, if we had some advanced eductaion covering these aspects we would have got the opportunity to shine more in our carrers. As a student, we faced slight diffuclities and challenges matching the real-life happenings with the acdemics, that would be one of the shortcoming I can say.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I feel the curriculum is well planned, balanced and easy to follow. We start with the basics and along with theory there's a good amount of coding practice, assignments, and hands on learning. I like that the course isn't just about passing exams, it also focuses on building skills that will be useful later for internships and placements. So far it feels relevant, practical and not overwhelming for someone who's just starting out.

The College was there for more than 10 years , but there was only Post graduate courses available , like M-tech , Msc , etc. The College for B-tech has started just before 2 years , there are no batches which has been output till now. The students are also waiting to see the batches to get output and see the placements taking place. As a student I am also eager about the campus placements.
