Remarks

Admission has been done through the counseling process. The college has been chosen through counseling. For counseling, the minimum mark to join this college is 185. I didn't have any quota for admission, I joined through anna university counseling. During admission itself, checked the hostel and it looks good. So chose the hostel too

Course Curriculum Overview

I like to study electrical and electronics books. Faculty are very useful to the student to shine their path. For each year, 2 semesters will happen. Between each semester, the college will conduct the internal exams to study the students for their exam.

Class Size: 75Course Fees: INR 145000 per year

Placement Experience

More college placement will occur at 7th semester. More MNC's like Accenture, CTS should come for the placements. They will offer from 5L package. Most of the students will get a placement due to pieces of training that have been provided before the placements.

Fees and Financial Aid

This college accomadate for all types of peoples who are living in the society. I got a job with more financial support to my family and also it leads good growth for my career. College placement helps the students for their career to show the strength and support to their job.

Campus Life

More availability of books in the library helps the students to shine in the exam as well as for their future. More techincal related books are there in the library which can enrich the life of the student to grow. For every year, symposium will occur and students can show their talents and their extracurricular activities.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel rooms are more affordable for the students. Cot and shelf are available in each room. A variety of foods are provided in the hostel mess. The hostel is located near the college within walking distance. We can check in the hostel manager for the accommodation

Here there is no gender separation like boys and girls should be seperate and stuff like that.
It is a autonomous college so courses are changing regularly with the shift in education
Here we have relative grading system therefore there is no ranking and easy to get good grades

Dislikes

We have to pay yearly fees not semester wise it difficult for low income earning families
Money is collected from students for all events happening in the college.
There is a rush for collection of fees at the start of each year and unpaid students might face absent issues

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are moderate but i don't know much about other courses but for civil engineering the average placed ctc is 3 lakh per annum one or two students got higer package but most of the students got lower package as a fresher.

I applied to Chennai Institute of technology where the fee structure was enormously high. Ehere as the SRM valliammai has good infrastructure and also the fee was reasonable. No, i didn't get rejection from Chennai Institute of technology. But i got impressed when i went for visiting SRM valliammai as one of my college hunt. SRM valliammai offers both government quota and also admission directly to the college. I went through government quota. So to apply SRM on should be completed 12th grade with reasonable percentage.
