Remarks

our college is a government college so there is no quota for admission. Admission criteria for this course is 0.5 * GUJCET percentile + 0.5 * Board percentile. If you want to get admission to this college, you must have passed the GUJCET exam with a good score. The admission process is taken by an Admission committee for professional courses which is situated on our college campus.

Course Curriculum Overview

All the faculties in our college are a masters or PhD educational background. Every single semester has 2 exams, internal and external. the external exam is a university exam that is taken by GTU. University exam papers are easy to compare to an internal exam. if you solve the previous 5 year GTU papers then you get a good Score. LDCE has different 14 engineering branches for taking admission.

Placement Experience

From 7th semester students become eligible for campus placaments. One of the Top IT company namely ACCENTURE which is comes for campus placements every year from last 5 years. 70-75 % of students got placed in every year. Highest package for this course is 11 LPA . The lowest package offer by companys is 2 LPA. Companies are visited on campus in ACCENTURE, tcs, reliance, GNFC, GSFC, Torrent Power, adani, tata etc.

Fees and Financial Aid

Approx 1500 - 2000 rs fees per year in our college. which is very low compared to other private colleges. many scholarship schemes are available in college but every scholarship has different criteria. if you are eligible then you definitely apply for the same. our college does not provide any internship offer.

Campus Life

The annual tech fest is LAKSHYA which is organised by the Robocon club, LDCE. Most every year LAKSHYA is held in Feb month. Classrooms are not too smart in college but labs are fully smart with good internet connectivity, AC etc. There are many clubs in our college like Sahitya Sarita, robocon, coder club etc. If you want to more details then you refer an official website.

Likes

I like the technique of teaching and sharing the information with others and high tech laboratories
Advanced Computer and classroom and library
Campus are very beautiful and adventurous they have facilities for outside students providing bus service

Dislikes

Nothing for hate but the same thing like mess food are average
And Here Everyone Wants To Makes Friends But Not anyone believes
My Experience Is Too Good But Food Problems of Mess Is My First priority

Likes

The campus view is awesome we all will see new things everytime and it feels fresh at the morning.
The personal development of particular students have been in focus of every faculty which is awesome.
The behaviour towards students of every professor is the best all are understanding and calm towards students.

Dislikes

There is a system of gate pass means whenever u need to go out of main gate with the permission we are not allowed to go.
In hostel the washrooms are not so clean for the students with common washroom hostel
The mess food are boring sometimes and the food of the food seems to be same everytime

Course Curriculum Overview:

- I have a great interest in coding and this field is based on coding so i choosed the computer field. -The curriculum of the college are based on the things which will help us in future for real world application. -The way they i based on pdf means they make a full note of a subject in pdf and explain that and which makes clear to us so I don't think they should change. -There is a enough time to study for exams it depends on us how me manage it and the difficulty level is medium it is based on what we have understood till now in studies we have studied.

My Life at Parul University as a computer science student

Likes

The collage infrastructure is really good and vibrant, it is well developed.
Campus life is really good, there are food courts, playground, libraries avaliable.
The whole campus has wifi avaliable, they've got atm too.

Dislikes

there are quite a few restrictions like no roaming allowed after 9:30pm.
mess food is not so good, its managable but sometimes it feels miserable
for every small thing to be done, lots of paperwork is required whether you need to go outside the campus or needs a NOC

Placement Experience:

in my unversity, proper placements usually start from 7th sem, however after 4th sem, the collage provides the opputunity to go for impact traning if youve got more than 60% in your 10th, 12th and throughtout the semesters from that traning top permorning student get a chance to sit for product-based companies. as of now (jan 2026), the highest placement recorded is 60lpa at microsoft, the average is aroudn 3.5 lps to 6 lpa, most of the recruiting companies are service based such as capgemini, infosys, tcs etc. around 200-250 students gets palce after heavy filtering, i plan to go for higher studies,

It's really very helpful for new students to choose the college.

Likes

Supportive teacher, guidance, AWS clubs provide.
Many other activities will happen like they also chance toh play sports in intra national Tournament.

Dislikes

Some I feel there management are not good.

Placement Experience:

7 semester company will come to recruitment to students. Like TCS, Medcart, Mahindra and many ahmedabad local companies. Highest package is 12 lpa and average is 4 lpa. Job profile is Full stack, Bde also. 60% of students placed by college placement. I want plan to do masters degree after complete Bechlors degree.

IIT Gandhinagar from the eyes of a First Year

Likes

The Sports Complex is a major highlight of IIT Gandhinagar.
The Campus Amenities are top notch and it is a fully green Campus.
Faculties are Expert in their Respective Fields and teach very well.

Dislikes

The Course Load is very High and you will get very less free Time.
The Exams are quite challenging and you have to keep thinking out of the box.
Some lectures such as World Civilization and Cultures are very boring.

Placement Experience:

Placements this year have become better. 4th Years are sitting for Placements right now. Top companies include Infosys, Oracle, De Shaw, Nvidia, etc. All Data is available in the Placement Report which is available on the IIT Gandhinagar Website. Till May 4, 2024 69 % Students have been placed. I plan to go for a masters after my degree.

the discipline of VVPEC and strictness towards academic studies , ensures focused environment
the college encourages students through substantial scholarship of 25,000 INR for top student in each class to motivate.
well-equiped library facilities provide resources for research and learning

Dislikes

lack of emphasis on sports initiatives , less opportunities for physical activity and team spirit.
stringent policies limiting cultural events and less vibrancy in campus lifestyle
very limited option in canteen and limited space to hangout with friends .

Placement Experience:

from semester 6th , placements drive is begun talking about my course , Biotechnology engineering , there was NO PLACEMENT DRIVES. But our hod will definetly help in getting great jobs according to your requirement. And help in GATE exam preparation is very minimal , so one shall prepare it by themselves.

The campus life is so good and there are many clubs
As the faculty of technology and engineering MSU is best colleges so good placement opportunities
Infrastructure is also good labs are well maintained

Dislikes

Benches are very old and some are very poor for sitting it
Very shoretst ground as compared to other prestigious collage and also in other faculties
And i personally feel, recess time is so small period, students can not manage

The faculty of technology and engineering maharaja sayajiro University of Baroda is Gujarat renowned University of Gujarat the facilities provided by faculty are so good . There is credit system and every year there are 2 semester exam Students should be well prepared.
