DTU, the first choice or not

There was a counselling session where the vice chancellor and many other faculty of the college told everyone about the college placements, teaching methodology and various other things about the college.

Basically opting for electrical engineering was my 2nd priority as there are many private as well as government opportunities in this field. The faculty in the college is very understanding around 60 students were there in each class. According to my mostly the teachers who have done PhD and their teaching method is very effective. There are two exams the 1st one is midterm which consists of 25 marks and is held in between the mud of the semester and the last one is the end term which consists of 50 and 33 was the minimum marks which is required to pass the subject.

Many companies like Google(98000), Uber (160000per month), Goldman Sachs(75000per month), Disney+hotstar (100000), Qualcomm (45000per month), Expedia(35000), Amazon, Microsoft(80000), AMEX(70000) , Visa(65000),Morgan Stanley (87000 per month),optum (35000 per month) they offer the sde intern.

Around 80% of students got placed this year and many students got internships in their 3rd year and. Many opt for their further studies like MBA, ms, government sector. I am looking for a government job so I will prepare for the gate which is a qualification test for many PSUs.

So basically total fees are around 2 lakh and it increases by 15% every year but the scholarships are provided for the students they just have to submit their parent's income details and other documents like pan card and voter ID card.

There are various cultural as well as tech fest,engifest is the one most popular amongst them and yuvaan is also the cultural fest in which various students show their skills in every field. The library almost contains every book which is required in every course you will find every book in the library itself there is not any need for buying them for your semester exams. The sports complex included a football ground, basketball ground, volleyball ground, and there is an indoor games complex There are many social groups and societies which are run by students like ecell,pratibimb,madhurima and many more.

In the hostel, they provide a room for two girls and the bed almirah and table chair are provided by the hostel itself About the meal, there is breakfast from 8-10 am (tea, coffee, egg, omelette, these are provided daily), lunch 12-2 pm, snacks 5-6 pm and dinner 8-9 pm. Quality is good and they specially take care of the hygiene.
