Remarks

There was direct admission. First come first serve. However, students who scored well in their 12th are eligible for scholarships for one semester only. Also, there was a university-level exam for new students for scholarships.

Course Curriculum Overview

2.5

The faculty was nice back then and there are fewer students in my batch. Teachers push towards practical mode and are highly qualified. The exam pattern was easy. However, it is tougher. All the teachers were PhD and there were special classes for preparing for placement sessions.

Placement Experience

2

Very few companies visit in our last year. Nestle was the first one. The profile mostly available is field selling, marketing, target-based job. I don't remember any company for core roles in biotechnology like quality control. Even though Cipla came for the same profile for BSc students.

Fees and Financial Aid

The semester fees never hike but hostel free rise up to 5% each semester. Also, there was a security deposit which is refundable. There was a scholarship available as per govt policy and the university itself conduct exams. The placement was there but not much promising. Fewer core jobs, more push towards selling and marketing for medical companies.

Campus Life

4.5

Campus life was amazing. some fare or events happened each day. There were no such restrictions for hostler as well. the cafe is there. The library is the best part of the university. There are many clubs you can join. You can check out the official insta and website. Also, they have a youtube channel as well.

Hostel Facilities

5

The hostel facility is great with tasty food. The hostel here is much affordable and comes with different sharing options. It has a phenomenal view of the valley. It looks beautiful during a rainy scene. Clean hostel rooms with an option of paint wall as per your choice.

Placement Experience:

The placement opportunities at my college are average. A few reputed companies visit the campus each year, but the number of offers and salary packages varies depending on the branch and market conditions. Students who have strong academic performance, technical skills, internships, and good communication skills generally have better chances of getting placed.
