I had appeared for clat exam only, the mail had been generated from the university itself, they called my parents, I went to the college they submitted all documents, that time it was conducted through offline mode, I had signed over their papers and all stuff like that, deposit the course fee and admitted as a student.
Course Curriculum Overview
As per the current scenario, corporate jobs are at a hike, and having a science background I definitely wanted to settle with something that is more logical and also approachable with human resources. teacher : student = 1:10. I think everyone is a learner, and learn every day from most the person, though qualification matters in a university, our dean obviously dignified by her or his degree, and others I guess pursuing their PhD . every lecturer had different style of teaching. Exams are on time don't think too much about an exam but think from the point of view of winning your subject.
Internships Opportunities
My first internship with a ngo. I went to the durbar Mohila samity, I worked there as a legal researcher, the NGO works for sex workers and trafficking, I assist the petition where they urged to the president for being recognized as a labor, second internship from district court at Kolkata under public prosecutor the third one from Calcutta high court. Forth one is from a criminal advocate. 5th one also an ngo paschimbanga khet mazdoor samity. 6th one is an online internship from a law firm.
Placement Experience
5th year only we are capable for campus placements. 20 companies came, I got shortlisted thrice after that no such thing happened. 20% of students getting placement. I collaborated with a corporate firm as I am preparing for my masters as well, I don't give full time there, I just make drafts and analyses.
Fees and Financial Aid
Yes, it is costly, if you wanted to spend it, you can, if you don't, reserve a seat at Delhi University. Fees hike was there, I don't know about financial assistance. I don't get any scholarship or a job.
Campus Life
Annual fest may be in summer and pre-Diwali there is some fest. The library is good. I always had been there. Boys do play football they make careers through it. We girls played badminton in winter. The classroom is modernized by all means. I was the vocalist in our musical group encore. musical exposure is quite good. Theatre street corner had been played.
