Remarks

Placements are very good and located in Delhi NCR and faculty is good to understand and curriculum is above average but Metro is also available which connect it to our Capital of India. A beautiful and small campus is also attractive.

Course Curriculum Overview

i got good exposure and i would say its not totally the infrastructure that matters! It may seem odd in the beginning (as YMCA, Faridabad is 1969 estd) but what will actually matter for you is learning maximum out of college life- Let it be about your stream specific knowledge, your hobbies or your communications and people skills. Further more, if you looking for a good employment in the future then YMCA will really serve this purpose as it offers one the best campus placement in Haryana after the NIT, Kurushetra. Infrastructure matters but of the company where you work at, not of which campus you attended for 4 years. You can check the Placements of YMCA UST, Faridabad at http://www.ymcaust.com.

Placement Experience

4

i think first year is the best part of my life till now. i hope you will also enjoy yours. do not think about placements, its not the right time for that but have a mindset that i have to do something. you are in good college, everyone from cs/it got placed in reputed companies, this year 7 students are selected in amazon with 30 lpa package that is pretty good.

College Events

4

Some clubs are there which are good like Microbird, Vivekanand munch and we do not have freshers party so this was our first event in college. but we will try our best so that next year will get freshers at least and students participate but useless because of lack of funding. Gender ratio is not good 70:30. in my class only 12 girls on 54 boys. like every other engineering guy i dont have girlfriend but i do have girl friends. apart from fest you will enjoy your time in clubs only, do join as many clubs you can. i will try for natraja ( dance club) and manan this year.

Fees and Financial Aid

scholarship are provided to bright students and loan is available for all poor students. during my counsellings construction work were going on literally everywhere and its on now also. after admissions we had induction program (16 days) held in AUDITORIUM (only place with good air conditioning). during this session i dont have classes. after 4-5 days of paying attention in auditorium i got bored of their lectures, i started skipping and playing pubg at hostel but hostels are not air conditioned so i have to attend lectures in auditorium. but this is the only time i enjoyed AC at college, in classes we only have ceiling fans

Campus Life

we do not have freshers party so this was our first event in college. but we will try our best so that next year will get freshers atleast. wifi is good but library is awesome and labs are poor without ac. sports facility are below average. coming to labs and workshops. they are just ok, in first sem i have three workshops electrical, electronics and computer. the worst one was electrical because teachers were too strict. i have chemistry and electronic engineering labs. I was very lucky because we have final practical in electronics workshop (only one practical is there for all).

Hostel Facilities

this year hostels will be provided to first year students only, the reason is lack of buildings in hostel and average condition with small size.we will be there for you guys and till then have fun and start coding from now only. dont worry too much about college life you will be enjoying it. i think first year is the best part of my life till now. i hope you will also enjoy yours. dont think about placements, its not the right time for that but have a mindset that i have to do something.

Placement Experience:

The placement opportunities in B.Pharm are reasonable good but along side we students must focus on developing our own real world skills, the faculty help us to grow with industry ready skills. Good placement options are available in QA,QC, RnD, Pharmacovigilence department. According to me placement cell of KRMU is supportive but they unable to attract good placement packages. Avg package in B.Pharm is around 4-4.5L /year

Placement Experience:

I feel pretty secure about my career because our training opens door that normal degrees just can't match. Our seniors land roles as risk analysts and foreign policy researchers, even secruing great spots at top think tanks right after graduation. Some even interned at Niiti Consulting, and others got into ShowTime Consulting and Stimuler. Seeing people land roles at Lead Tech and the BCG Graduate Apprenticeship Program gives me massive confidence for placements.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I enjoyed physics and maths as a school student so chose BSc course including the studies of all three- Physics, Chemistry and Maths. The modern physics part and the practical aspect of mathematics intrigued me. Though the curriculum of maths wasn't that comprehensive and was majorly all theory based. Maths syllabus can be enhanced by practical applications of examples rather than just be all about the theorems. The teaching method was good. The frequency of maths exam was 3 per semester, with three full books syllabus to be covered for each exam with mostly theory.

EY, JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley and all other companies which defies international economics are the ones which recruits students of JGU. Theh even conduct seminars and workshops and tells us the things which we need to add in our arsenal to be fit and ready for placements. Jindal Students of Economics easily score placements worth 5-7 lakhs and nearly all the students who wish for placements gets it too.

Say anything about this college but i will not suggest to take BCA in this college. In other hand all teachers are giving their 100 to taught students better in College. I think they have to use digital service to teach im doing BCA and they still teaching like am taught by a school classrom by a school teacher.

The admission is based on the merit list released by the college. It takes into account the marks scored by the student in their 12th standard exams. Once the shortlist is released, students can pay the fee and get their seats allocated.
