Remarks

Best private college Good facultyGood infrastructureGood placement opportunitiesNice co curricular activitiesVarious clubs to choose fromIt is not a big campus. There are a total of 5 buildings, including the hostel. But it is beautiful you will get acquainted with that rather you have to. During summer the classrooms are very bad. We don't have an internet connection on the campus. There are few spots where you can avail a high-speed internet connection (skylab, IOT lab, CS labs). Food served is comparatively good compared to other colleges. The library is also good.

Course Curriculum Overview

Faculty are very supportive and curriculum is updated. If you are in private institutions, then you don't depend on your course teachers, and you have to make your own efforts. Teaching faculty members are average. They only teach what is there in the syllabus. Teachers interact and help students, but they are not much qualified. Their teaching style is old and not much digitalised. Our college facilitated by OJEE, so our course is designed by Biju Patnaik University. The course is designed as per industrial knowledge, which is accepted by most of the colleges of Odisha. The college mostly preferred software development languages to make students industry-ready. The college has department and clubs for robotics and computer languages.

Placement Experience

4

Various companies such as TCS, Accenture, Mindtree, Infosys, Wipro, etc. do visit our college for recruitment. Some students have also been placed in Amazon this year and this is a matter of pride for us and also an opportunity for us to grab high paid packages after the end of four years. The Entrepreneur cell of the college gathers information about the ideas from them who visit them and inform them about their planning for any startup. They might fund one also depending upon their ideas and goals.

College Events

3.5

College EventsThe tech fest of the college is held for a duration of three days in the month of February or March. Each year there has been changes in the fest events, this year we had hip hop battle where dancers from different states participated, we also had rapper Bigdeal in our campus.

Campus Life

It is like other private engineering colleges. The infrastructure of our college is good. Classrooms are well-occupied by all digital facilities. All classrooms have a capacity of about more than 100 students. Because of this, there are a lot of disturbance occurs, and if you want to study, then you should sit on front benches. Hostels are good, but the quality of food served is average. We have to spent money on outside food for more than 5 times in a week. You have to prefer out of campus food at the place of campus canteen because it is expansive. All hostels are Wi-Fi enabled, and net speed is also good. The library is good with all course books, reference books and other supportive materials. E-library is also available. But if you want to read novels and other literature books, then you can find it good. It provides both indoor and outdoor courts for various sports. A stadium is also available, and mainly for cricket. Primary medical facilities are available on the campus.

Placement opportunities in my college are good, with students generally becoming eligible for campus placements from the pre-final or final year, depending on the course and company criteria. The college has an active placement celll that supports students by Organizing training sessions, resume building and also mock interviews.
