Remarks

My elder sister is a student of this college and she was the one who advised me to take admission in this college because it is one of the best colleges in Bhubaneswar. Its one of the top 7 colleges of Odisha too. It is a well reputed college.

Course Curriculum Overview

The teachers and faculties are well versed with the course and they have enough knowledge about the subject they teach. Most of the teachers' way of teaching is good enough for anyone to understand the concept. If someone fails to understand, we are allowed to ask doubts in specific timing provided in our timetable known as Consultancy hours.

Course Fees: INR 600000 per year

Placement Experience

The major recruiters are TCS, Wipro, Infosys, SAP labs, Mindtree, Mindfire solutions and many more. Almost all the students who apply for campus placement get placed in MNCs. Some students also opt for higher studies. The Entrepreneurship cell provides the funding to the best emerging ideas for startups. Some examples are Biggies(burger and snacks parlor) and Lecture Notes (app for notes of various subjects of different years and branches).

College Events

The college holds the annual fest in the month of February. This is a fest of three days including Zygon( the cultural fest) and Noesis(the techinical fest). This year we had hip hop battle where dancers from different states and colleges had participated. Odia rapper Bigdeal had also come to our college for Rap battle.

A journey that will help you learn a lot.

Likes

The infrastructure of each campus in the college is very pretty and it's a green campus
The classrooms are well equipped with WiFi, Smart-boards for digital education.
Also travelling from one campus to another has been made easier as buses and golf carts are provided to students

Dislikes

The crowd of students here is too much which feels too much chaotic and disturbing .
The hostel management here as they don't give importance to the major issues here.
The hostel mess food. The quality is degrading day by day

Placement Experience:

The placements of my college is good. This year 75% of the students are already placed with an average package of 8LPA . The highest package till now for this year is 22LPA. Many companies have visited for the placements and 100+ offers have been made. Companies like BNY, Infosys, Deloitte, Accenture, Capgemini, Cognizant, Bain& Company, High Radius, TCS, EY, PWC and many more of them have visited the campus.

Likes

Beautiful campus with lot's of space and with good computer labs
They conduct exam in very smoothly manner

Dislikes

Need to improve administrative building while submitting fees many students face problem
Lab session of some subjects are too long which is around 3 hrs which need to reduce for atleast 2 hrs

Placement Experience:

Placement opportunities in my college are good, with students generally becoming eligible for campus placements from the pre-final or final year, depending on the course and company criteria. The college has an active placement celll that supports students by Organizing training sessions, resume building and also mock interviews.

Best part is the infrastructure and facilities provided and the flexibility with the payments and attendance

Teaching pattern and teachers are good and helpful

there are smart class rooms and good faculty for my course and various extracurricular activities are available for students
you can compete many state and national level competitions such as essay writings, creative writings, debate, poster making, etc.
the management of the university is really commendable. various departments and cells have been established to help students in their academic life such as; placement cells, incubation and innovation centers for young entrepreneurs

Dislikes

students who are engaged in political activities often exercise their dominance over other students
sanitation could be better with the mutual efforts of both the students and the college management
though is a placement cell present, i haven't seen many numbers of students getting employed through the university placement cell

Our college has really good faculty who have really high expertise in their own subjects

The professor who taught in our class they are taught is best In teaching.
They provide you many opportunities to work upon on you.
The infrastructure of college is good and huge.

Dislikes

The campus is very vast, and you have to walk for every minute of work.
The are very serious about your study and what you are doing
The gate get closed if you get came late even it's 5-10 minute late.

Placement Experience:

It's good as many company come but the placement directly depend on your study and hard work of your 4 year and a pre placement also conduct in 3rd year where you can also get placed. For placement the student should secure 8-10 cgpa for sit in interview exam.

I choose this college as its academic studies is really good. Rules and curriculum are really strict here, There are strict rules against raging,No one dares to do so,And unlike other near by colleges like KIIT or ITER the placement is not that good but the quality of knowledge is great. Here u ll have to struggle to secure marks not just u get the questions. Here the fees are also less as compared to other big universities but yes the infrastructure is not that high-tech. We had 4 branches till 2019 and in the upcoming years we r going to have 7 of them all are IT and electrical related branches. Comming to the demerits there is very less but one of the major is that any issues or incontinence if caused (like money mater,results, rechecking of answersheet) are not solved properly its like the authority simply ignores it. And some rules and regulations are made up like that that the student will not get benefited. They will keep u busy with their assignment,test,projects 24*7 which is in my behalf not right atleast there must be some relaxation....Read More
