Remarks
I selected Doon University because of its excellent infrastructure and friendly faculty. Also, the admission process is very easy. You can apply online and need to submit your 10th and 12th board examination mark sheet, and you get a call from there for a written test. They ask basic maths, economics, reasoning, English grammar, and GK questions in entrance exams, and you will get admission according to your board exams and entrance test.
Course Curriculum Overview
I want to build my career in the management stream; that is why I choose BBA. In our college there is a mixture of permanent and guest faculties, all are masters of their respective fields. Most of them are PhD qualified and passionate about their job. Some of our professors are really helpful to us. Their teaching method is different from others as they used to teach us by discussing the case studies. They take monthly examinations and chapter wise class tests for our understanding.
Placement Experience
Our college is in a hilly area, so it is quite challenging to invite professionals to campus than also our university conducts campus placements and companies like MNCs, Banking industries, etc., take part in it. The average package of our batch is INR 4 LAP and the highest package is INR 12 LAP.
Fees and Financial Aid
Well, if you score good marks in the 12th board exam, then our college offers various scholarships. Even they give scholarships to students who can't afford fees according to their income proof. They also suggest banks for student loans. However, I don't know much about it because I didn't opt for loans and scholarships.
Campus Life
Our college arranges a talent fest every year. There is a huge library on our campus with a separate reading room where you can find any book. Moreover, they provide wifi facilities, auditorium, labs, gym, sports area etc. For extracurricular activities, they encourage students to join non-domain clubs like sports club, media club, etc. They provide well equipped classrooms, including LED, speakers, etc., for presentation and live classes.
