Remarks

First eligibility for the course must be 75% in the 12th class. The application must have been done on snuchennai website. there are no reservation benefits available and only a pure merit basis. must write snucee exam and attend an interview.

Course Curriculum Overview

5

I choose my course CSE(IoT) because the future is full of it. The faculty was well experienced and the teaching was very good and the way they teach will attract students. There will be 2 continuous assignment tests, one mid and end sem exam for one semester. The difficulty level of exams is moderate and it's somewhat easy to pass exams.

Internships Opportunities

4.5

Currently, the campus was newly opened so, for now, the internships are not available but in the future definitely, the internships will be available. The projects are started for now and the research center is also available.

Placement Experience

5

The placement for the university was very good. Many top companies come to the university and the average package is 14lpa for cse department .so the percentage of students getting placed is 70 to 80% and the remaining are commenting for higher studies. My plan after getting my degree is to study MBA.

Fees and Financial Aid

The college fee was fixed at 225000 per year. To get the scholarship in SNU CHENNAI it's very difficult because the scholarship was given to only the family annual package who has less than 3 lakhs, sports scholarship, etc, finally, per student including hostel, it will be approx. 4 lakhs per student. For day scholars it would be approx 3 lakhs per student.

Campus Life

5

The annual fest is named instincts which will be shared along with SSN college. Many coding clubs and extracurricular activity clubs like dance clubs, music club, businesses club Omnia club, etc. takes place in this university. The classrooms are very tidy with smart amenities like projectors, wifi, etc. The sports like cricket, football, badminton, squash, indoor and outdoor basketball, etc. Sports activities take place. There are some social groups with their respective clubs which are mentioned above.

I would rate the curriculum 4/5. It is relevant and fairly comprehensive, covering core concepts, practical sessions, projects, and industry-oriented topics. However, more hands-on training and updated industry technologies could make it even better.

Placement Experience:

From the very entry into your third year, you will be eligible to most of the placements. The training provided is very exquisite and some of the trainings start as early as 1st year. 2026 highest package was 55LPA. Many companies like from product companies like Microsoft, Capgemini to service based companies like TCS, INFOSYS etc.. visit our campus for regular placements. About 98% of people placed as far as I have heard.
