Remarks

It is a nice college for any course you want to choose. Basically I'm doing BCA from this college. Teachers are being kind and understanding. Campus is good. Hostel facility is also nice. Classes are well organised.

Term exams are well organised. All the contents are well learned in the classroom. So it becomes quite easy to appear in the term exams. Question paper is quite easy as expected. You can get passing score easily.

Placement Experience

I'm a first year student. So i dont have that much idea about when placements take place. I also don't know about the highest package as I mentioned above I'm a first year student. So basically, I am planning for further studies after taking this degree .

Fees and Financial Aid

I am doing Bachelor of Computer application from the Chandigarh University. I get admission through scholarship entrance exam. You can get up to 100% scholarship but all depends on how you perform in the scholarship test. This scholarship is provided by this university itself.

Campus Life

There is an instagram account of the Chandigarh University. I also follow this page. This will explain culture festivals, different videos of university, etc. Sports facilities are also available. Playgrounds are there for football, cricket, etc. In the classroom, discipline is maintained at higher priority. Campus life is very interesting. Cultural activities, functions, special guests used to be invited and fun will be there in the organised program. Extra Cariculum activities are also mentioned in our course. And it is also concerned .

Hostel Facilities

In the hostel rooms, there is a bed, cupboard, study place, chairs, well arrnaged lights, bathrooms are cleaned properly. In regarding of meal, each day different menu, Healthy and nutritious food we get. In the morning milk, and tea either you wanna choose provide with breakfast. Hostel is affordable, you can get rooms by going there or by writing mails or doing payments also. No I have not rented any room or PG

Likes

Time table is being followed which is very important for us.
In hostels, girls security is superb. Whenever we go home or local outing we must video call and take consent of our parents and after coming back to hostel than also we video call to our parents to ensure we have reached hostel back.
Webinars are held related to our courses to get to know more about are course in India and internationally also.

Dislikes

I think it will be good if we focus on what line we have to go in further rather studying about those subjects which are not much related to our main line of profession.
Sometimes, delays in processes like fee submission, exam schedules or results accouncements.
Outdated labs, libraries or technological facilities can hinder learning.

Placement Experience:

Students typically become eligible for campus placements from the 5th semester of their course. Over 170 companies participate in placement drives annually. Notable recruiters include Infosys, Wipro, Tech Mahindra and many more. Highest package is ?32.5 LPA , average package is ?4.5 LPA. Approximately 70%-80% of eligible students secure placement. My plans after getting the degree is probably opting for MCA or specialized certification to improve career prospects.

Environment is great. I had no problems in settling
The canteen is good and the food served their is delicious.
Faculty members take good care of students.

Dislikes

Their are too many students in one class.
The view is not quite good while sitting at back benches.
The projectors are not provided in every class.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in 3rd or 4th semester. Their are several companies visiting our campus for placements some of them are heml, Amazon, flipkart, etc. Average package is around 7 to 8 lacs. I plan to go abroad for further studies.

Placement Experience:

placement of this college in BGIMT was not good so far. There are no proper companies visit here to give placements. so students need to try on their own. The hihgest package i think students can got is near about 6 lacs and the minimum is 3lacs. Percentae should be more then 60%. My plan is to go aborad and do job

It's the best college in Bathinda city

Remarks:

This college is the best college for Bathinda students from around 3 to 4 districts comes to this college as it is the best college in malwa region. It has transportation which covers the wide range of 75kms. It provides hostels for both boys and girls and I feel the fees is feasible too. So I like this college on thes positive aspects.

Chandigarh University - My experience from fees to social life

I gave cucet but can't find the college that have cse in their colleges. That time my father was recently posted in chandigarh as chandigarh university was very close to me and the transport is also easy and I don't have to pay the hostel fees and I can be a day scholar also so I choosed this college as it provide a good network of peoples. The admission process was to simple ,I just applied for their entrance online exam cucet and booked a slot gave online test of 100 mcq from the selected domain and after that I got scholarship and to confirm my seat I have to pay 10000 part of my semester fees (that 10000 was from my semester fees) and after doing online formalities and upload document.
