Cutoffs are nothing but the marks obtained by the last student being declared qualified. To make it more clear, let's take an example. Suppose 1000 students sit in an exam. Number of students which need to be called for counselling is suppose 500. Now, A rank list is prepared on the basis of total marks obtained. The marks of the 500th student is taken as the cutoff.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is really good and helps students to understand which field they should pursue. Teaching methods include various practical tasks, assignments, continuous examinations, smart studying, etc. The course curriculum prepares students for the corporate world with the various projects, research papers, industrial visits and fests. The teachers in our college are really helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Most of the faculty are well qualified and experienced what add value to your knowledge.
Fees and Financial Aid
every year. In the first year, the scholarship will be decided on the merit of the pre-entry marks, mid-semester test and attendance in regular classes. Merit scholarships for the consecutive years will be decided based on his/her performance in one end-semester and two mid-semester examinations of each year. Candidates whose fee ranges up to Rs.10,000 will be given 50% refund of fees, whose fees ranges from Rs.10,000 to Rs.25,000 will be given 25% of fee refund and whose fee ranges above Rs.25,000 will be given 10% refund of fee.

The best part of the college that the faculty cooperation with the student are outstanding. If you are coming to Thapar you will have the best campus life. It has a beautifull campus with green and clean surroundings. Students here are involved in various sports activities and also in coding. The faculty members are also very helpful and good.
