Remarks
The admission process is smooth, only that the interface through which we have to select from the various colleges could be improved a bit. I have used the JAC portal for locking the colleges of my interest, the problem that I faced there was that there was so much entanglement in the various colleges and their subjects that it took me a lot of time to find the preferred stream that I wanted to keep on the top. So I would suggest that the UI of the interface could really be improved. Other than that, the college could also improve their administration hostel registration system.
Course Curriculum Overview
Software Engineering has all the subjects of my interest. The faculties here are good, if you actually try to study in the classes you'd be able to grasp a lot. Most of the faculties are Ph.D. scholars. Term exams are not conducted here. We have weekly minor, major, and surprise tests with MTE projects.
Internships Opportunities
Google STEP Intern, Microsoft Engage, Microsoft SDE, Uber She++, Google SWE Intern, Amazon SDE Intern, Expedia, Flipkart, Zomato. And many other known companies offer a package of more than 20 LPA. If you wish to get a good internship, you should be able to be a pro at DSA.
Placement Experience
Mostly all students are eligible, but preferred cgpas are 9 above, and resumes with good work experience and achievement section of DSA are preferred. I would recommend, maintaining a good CGPA and practicing DSA a lot.
Fees and Financial Aid
It is 2 LPA fees for a year. The on-campus internship sessions start in August. I haven't been able to give any internship tests since they haven't started yet. But yes you can surely apply for the off-campus ones after getting a NOC from the TnP cell of the college.
Campus Life
There are various societies that are run by the students of the college like GirlUp DTU, IEEE DTU, IOSD DTU, Madhurima, NeuralAI, etc. Some are tech societies and one of them is a music society, some are women only as well.
Other Applied Colleges
University of Michigan | Specialization in Python
It didn't provide with such a course
