Remarks

The admission is through JAC counseling. 7 to 8 rounds are held then 2 spot rounds are held. In every round, you have an option to change your Preference list of branches. Delhi quota and other reservations are there for the students. You will get admission as per the cut-off ranks set by JAC. A website is made by JAC where you will find the admission form and other information. In 2021 the cut-off for Mathematics and Computing was 15500 something and for the software branch, it 2as 12800 something.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

Mathematics and Computing have a very bright future ahead. Also, it is the best branch if you want to improve your logistics and knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence. Faculties are pretty much cool, they are so cool that if you want any class left for the entire batch then they will give you. They also help you in many aspects. All faculties are highly qualified but their teaching methods are only reading a book and explaining it to the class only not going beyond that. Exams are of moderate level and your seniors are always there to ease your path.

Internships Opportunities

5

Talking about 2021 only the internship stats are mind-blowing. Highest 2 lakhs per month given by sprinklr. The average stipend is 59000. It is interesting to note that first-time apple has come to DTU this year.

Placement Experience

5

From 4th year students are eligible for placements. 2nd year and 3 rd year students are eligible for internships. But complete guidance about placements and training is given to all the students except the first year. DTU is famous for its placements. It is comparable to all the top colleges out there in India with an average package of 15 to 17 lakhs CTC and the highest package to upto 2 crores international.

Fees and Financial Aid

The cost to study is very minimal just 2 lakhs per year. Various scholarships are provided for every category of students. Placements are really good with the highest package going to 2 crores per year also. The college is one of the best in India, standing comparable to the top IIT.

Campus Life

5

If you are in DTU then you will experience a new fest every month. One of the biggest cultural fests in North India is held by DTU named Engifest held in April. The biggest tech fest VIHAAN is conducted by DTU. Plenty of books are there which you can easily issue from the library. Every day you are attracted by the beauty of this campus. A variety of sports are available in DTU.

Other Applied Colleges

NSUT | Mathematics and Computing

It has many strict guidelines. It seems to be school rather than a college.

Placement Experience:

For placement, I would say it is average in terms of top-tier colleges. Average placement is 6 LPA; the highest last year was 29 LPA in BTech AI/ML. Placement is offered in the 4th year of the courses, and there are on-campus placements available, but under significant criteria based on the recruiting company like cgpa should be more then 7.5 no active backlog and all so these are the cretiera that a company demands and depands of dfiffrent companies i dont have any subsqueent infomation regaridng the name of companies visited and no of offer made but i have the information regarding thear placement percenateg it was aroung 82 percent last year my plans are to prepare for govt exam and get in there after getting degree

Course curriculum was evidently outdated and irrelevant to modern engineering challenges and could have severely disadvantaged students' learning outcomes. Although, interaction with seniors compensated this.

I don't know much about placement because I don't want to sit in the placement drive of my college. If I want then I will give GATE exam after 4 years of my college so that I can get a chance to do MTECH in vlsi.
