Remarks
The admission process is done in the way first you have to give up exam then you have to chose college of your interest and then you will get the college according to your rank in uptu exam after the getting a college rest process done by the colleges. The admission process is already at its most eligible students are the selected and the process is also very smooth. Admission to both B. Tech and B.Pharma are based on a valid score in (UPSEE) counseling.
Course Curriculum Overview
Term exam came twice a year there is 8 semester in 4 years not so much difficult to pass if you will do self-study 2 hours daily or attain class properly then it is so easy to pass the exam and you will achieve good marks. Most of the teachers here have done Ph.D. in their subjects and have very good teaching experience. The faculty members are helpful and supportive and have a proper understanding of their area of expertise.
Internships Opportunities
Students can go for internships whenever they feel are ready. Companies like -TCS, IBM, Infosys, and Amazon one of our seniors got the internship opportunity from ADOBE and also a for a good total so internship opportunities are always open and also the college helps a lot in getting an internship for almost every student. The projects are mostly technology-based.
Placement Experience
The students are made very well trained in the 5th semester itself and they are eligible to seat in the 6th semester. There are many big companies like amazon adobe HCL and more than 200+ companies and the offers are plenty for the students. The highest package this time was of 43Lakhs and the average of 6.6 lakhs. Almost 100 percent of students get placed.
Fees and Financial Aid
College fees are nearly 1lakh 8 thousand per year of this college and apart from that if you chose hostel then you have to pay 90 thousand more nearly you have to pay around 8 to 10 lakh in 4 years for b.tech course. There are various scholarship programs here most of the students get UP government scholarships. The admission process of KIET happens every year during the mid of the year. Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination (UPSEE) scores, a state-level engineering entrance test conducted by AKTU, are required for the KIET admission process.
Campus Life
Campus life is excellent many sports to play restaurant are present on campus and a small food court are also available there are many clubs in our college best of all club is Dsc, creative cell. The Library is having plenty of books for the students and also the library faculties are very friendly. The sports equipment is in a surplus amount. The college tech fest is called 'INNOTECH' which is mostly conducted in November and December.
Hostel Facilities
We got the hostel build by KIET itself. In it we are given all the basic facilities such as dustbin, mirror, Almira, curteins, etc as well as room are big enough to accommodate 3 peoples. The facilities provided are more than sufficient and time to time maintenance of the room is also looked after and the meal is really very good and the menu is really at its best. The registration process was through the google form which we got through the email.
Interview Experience
The admission process of KIET happens every the month of July and August but due to the pandemic sessions starting late. Uttar Pradesh entrance examination (UPSEE) scores a state _ level engineering entrance test conducted by AKTU, are required for the KIET admission process. Yes, we got to interact with HOD during our 1st class, and also during the time of admission there were a few questions asked and that was to the admission-related query. The admission process was very well organized and planned and went very smoothly.
