Remarks

I was determined to get my master's degree from a reputable university. I conducted my own research and discovered VELS University, which is a good fit for me. Following that, I began preparing for the CAT. It was the smartest choice I'd ever made in my life. I took the CAT exam as well as Personal interviews for the merit list. A graduation grade point average of 50% is required. For the submission of the form, there is a fee of Rs.500. The admission form is available on the website.

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum at the college is excellent and up to date. The college's curriculum adheres to all of the most recent industrialization and guidelines. The college curriculum covers all topics concerning communication important in management, the importance of management, and machine design. The college's faculty is knowledgeable in their field, and they understand how to teach a complex subject in an easy-to-understand manner. The majority of the faculty members hold a PhD and have finished their research at a prestigious college in India.

The college offers us a very good internship opportunity, and our information is shared with the college placement and training cell so that they can invite industries for internship opportunities based on our interests. For the college internship programme, approximately 45 companies visited our campus. The average internship stipend was around 65,000.

College placements are quite good. The college has a track record of 100%. The college placement and training cell are full of experienced members with extensive industrial experience. The highest placement offer at the college is around 14 LPA, and the median wage offer is around 8 LPA. The college placement cell assists us during the college placement drive. The college placement committee and managerial staff are striving to enhance the college placement standards, and we anticipate an increase in college placement offers in the coming year.

The college's campus life is excellent. The college technical fest is called Hackathon, and it is one of the largest events. It is also a great opportunity for us to demonstrate our innovative abilities. Pongal and Holi are also commemorated on the campus during the festive season. The college library is a repository for best-selling authors' books from around the world. The classrooms at the college level are extremely well kept clear.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel is beautifully designed and well-kept. The hostel rooms are well-kept and therefore do not feel dark or suffocated. The rooms have everything you need. Beds, almirahs, and study tables are available in the rooms. The hostel mess food is of high quality, and the menu is extensive. There is also a sports facility at the hostel. The wardens are professional, and the hostel campus has free WiFi.

Good MBA experience with supportive faculty and decent career opportunities.

Likes

Faculty are supportive and knowledgeable, with practical teaching methods. The MBA curriculum is useful and help students develop professional skills.
Campus life is friendly and engaging, with decent infrastructure, classrooms and facilities. More industry visits and practical exposure could improve it.
Placement support is helpful, with opportunities across different sectors. Overall, GSBM offer a good MBA experience with a balanced learning environment.

Dislikes

The college could improve industry exposure, placement support and practical training by providing more internship, workshops and regular interactions with companies.

Placement Experience:

Placements at GSBM are decent ,with student generally becoming eligible from the last semesters . Companies from sales ,marketing, finance ,HR and business devolpment sectors visit the campus .Placement opportunity and packages vary by company and student performance ,with average packages being reasonable for MBA freshers .A good percentage of students recevie placements opportunity, while stuends can also explore of -campus options .After completing my MBA ,plan to start my career in a management_related role and build my proffessional experience.

Faculty member are knowledgeable approachable and supportive they explain concepts clearly using practical case studies and presentation.
The campus environment is friendly and students get good opportunities to interact through group project seminars events and extracurricular activities
The MBA curriculum covers important areas such as finance, marketing, HR and operation helping students develop management communication and problem solving skills.

Placement Experience:

The placement opportunities for MBA students at my college are reasonably good. students generally become eligible for campus placement from the 3rd ssemestse3r, after completing most of their core subjects. the placement cell starts preparing studnets through aptitude tests, resume building sessions, group discussions mock interviews and pre placement training.

The placement opportunities for my program are fairly good and students become eligible for campus placements from the third semester preparation and internship opportunities started yearly. The placemet cell various activity such as apptitude test, resume building session, group discussion, mock interview, prepare placemnt training to help students prepare for the requriements. The placement cell offers reasonable support throughout recruitment process.

Vels University is not that bad

It's very easy to get admission in this college as the admission procedure is very simple. You can directly go to the head office, and you can contact the people sitting in the reception. They'll guide you and throughout the admission. Also, it's near to the airport, which should make a travel entry for the students who are coming from the other states. Also it is situated in a very good place. The college is situated in Pallavaram, which has various like basically everything is present there beat food beat hostels. it's a good place. The location of the college is very good making it very accessible other than the location. The faculties are very nice.
