The institute offers undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the fields of engineering, pharmacy, and management. The application process takes place online and the students seeking admission must appear in the UPSEE exam conducted by the AKTU. The selected students have to participate in the counseling process, which is also done online. The basic eligibility criteria are 10+2 for B. Tech and B. Pharm students Candidates must have graduate degrees (in required disciplines) for M. Tech, M. Pharm, MBA, and MCA students. KIET offers scholarships to its students based on their exemplary and outstanding academic performances.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum and faculty both are good on the campus. The best thing is that the faculties are quite supportive and understanding and also the curriculum followed is approved by AICTE Delhi.
Internships Opportunities
Many students got placed in our college. The average salary package offered is around 6 LPA, and the highest salary package offered is 40 LPA. Serena Pharmacy visits here for placements. About 80% of the students got internships from this course. In internships, the stipend offered is also very high.
Placement Experience
Placements are very good in our college. from 6 semesters onwards placements are started. Many renowned companies like Amazon, Cognizant, TCS, Infosys, Accenture Capgemini, etc are visited every year and around 1600+ job offers are made every year. The highest package is 44 lakhs by amazon and the average package is 5 lakhs. Around 90 percent of a students of our college gets placed some opt for higher studies as well. I plan to work in a reputed company as a software engineer after getting the degree.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee for the B.tech course in our college is 136499/- per annum and during these times college did not hike the fee this year. now coming to scholarships, college is providing scholarships to meritorious students. and state government is also providing scholarships if your financial status is not good.
Campus Life
I chose the KIET Group of Institutions because this was the best college that I could get based on my class XII percentage and performance in entrance exams. It always ranks in the first III positions of top colleges in AKTU every year. It also scores a good enough rank in the list of top colleges released by NIRF every year. It has a good study environment and always invites mostly good students to the college. It has a no. of clubs in the college itself. I opted BTech course as I was passionate about technology from my childhood and always wanted to make a career in the same.
Interview Experience
It gives us great opportunities and it has a great infrastructure and provides us with many facilities. And it has a very good environment, good students great faculty members many grounds, many laboratories.
