Guru Nanak College

The course consists of different branches mechanical engineering, civil engineering, Electrical and electronic engineering, information technology and more. I opted for mechanical engineering and to study this course we have to write the eamcet And ecet exams to eligible. And this course can be completed in four years. And the exams conducted in Semester for every year two sems will be conducted. The application form will be available In the administration block and no need to improve the admission process because this course is good.

Mechanical engineering, I chose this course because I have interested in this course and I like working on machines and designing. Faculty: student ratio is 80:1000. There will be extra faculty available if one faculty member is absent. The qualification of faculty is MTECH, PHD. The teaching also will be in digital mode. There will be separate classes will be held for queries on each subject. The term exams will be held every 3 months and exams were not much difficult and it will somewhat medium-range and easy to pass by preparing hardly.

The Internships are always made available from the college. From the 1st year itself which are non paid internships with stipends are available from the 2nd to 3rd year. Good companies approach our college, one of them is ardent and also other companies and roles of the internship are usually on the core subject. The college also provides research and projects which are to be done by students with the help of faculty. We are done many projects in the college and we have done mini and major projects in the final year. The trained people come to our campus to clarify their doubts about the project.

In GNIT college, the students have their campus placement in the 5th semester. The companies like Wipro, TCS, cognizant, Capgemini, Infosys and lots of companies visit the college and select our students. The package given by the companies is decent. Upto 80% of students get placed in core branches and also other branches. My plans are also set for the interview and crack one of the important ones mentioned above. After completing my degree I will be joined the company.

The fee structure is good. The fee structure is 100000 per year, at first students have to take admitted to college and that amount is 56000 before every sem student has to pay their fees that 30,000. If any student has any scholarship and they get the scholarship and many of student has outstanding numbers they also can get scholarship direct via college. And the scholarship name is post metric. Still, now I didn't gotten any job.

We have freshers day which will be held for 1 day. And the annual fest will be held for 4 days. And it is like a festival in my college. The events can celebrate every month like hackathons and conferences and paper presentations. The students participate very well and they enjoy every event. An annual day can be celebrated every year. The classrooms in the college are very big and beautiful with a good infrastructure. And there is a separate block for the library which consists of all types of books and all years textbooks. Sports are also played in our college and tournaments also encouraged by the faculty.
