I wanted Computer Science as my domain but couldn't get it because of my low JEE score so I got allocated an ETC branch. ETC is a very good branch here as it is one of the oldest branches of this college. It has a decent student to faculty ratio. Most of the faculty have done their Mtech & PhD from IITs and NITs. The teacher is very good in terms of teaching. The laboratories are well equipped with instruments. Our university is known for its strict schedule so exams always happen at the perfect time. I can say it is easy to pass the exams but difficult to score high.

The placement cell is very good here. Students from the 6th sem are eligible for placements. Most of the MNCs visit our campus including Tcs, Infosys Wipro Cognizant IBM Deloitte PwC Aditya Birla, Tata steel, Tata power etc Placement is about 98%. Highest package of our batch -18LPA Average package - 5.5LPA Most the students opt for jobs after college and so will i.

Fee per Semester: College fee - 30000 Hostel fee - 15000 A lot of scholarship schemes are provided by the state as well as central governments like Prerna, PMSS etc The college provides good placement opportunities for every student. I got placed in 5 MNCs TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant, and IBM.

My campus life was indeed awesome. The hostel is about 500m away from the Academic classrooms so you can easily reach college just by walking. Classes are regular and do not get suspended usually before prior notice. The library has books for every semester's subjects but the number of copies of each book is usually less so u have to issue them as soon as you can. Talking about fests, we have a ton of fests. Almost every month you will see a programme or fest going on. Branch fest, Sports fest, Technical fest, Cultural fest, farewell, freshers, TedX you name it we got it. Sports meet happen in December -January(most probably) Technical and cultural fests happen in February and March.

You have to apply for a hostel at the time of admission to the college. Mostly everyone who applies gets the hostel accommodation easily. The mess fee for a semester is 14000 for Ug and 15000 for Pg students. You get 3 meals a day. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. The menu is quite well organised but the taste of the food is not that good.
