Anybody from science stream is eligible for taking admission in the college through jee mains who have more than 60% marks in 12th boards. You can find the application form on the official site of jac. Our college has a huge campus and greenery, which looks beautiful. Infrastructure can be improved quite a bit though. Also no of students availing hostels should be increased and steps should be taken to make is compulsory like iits
Course Curriculum Overview
I am interested in programming and wanted to become a software engineer so I wanted to opt for computer engineering but due to low rank I had to choose ECE but I am happy with that. Faculty members are very helpful , if you need any help then you can directly talk to them without any hesitation. Ya I would say that sex ration is very bad in our college it's around 6-7 girls per 75 boys. So we have one end sem and one end sem at and it's pretty easy if you even study a bit to pass these exams very well.
Internships Opportunities
In our college companies like Amazon, Facebook, Microsoft, apple, Google visit for offering internships to the students they offer about 50-80 thousand per month as a stipend as a software intern. There are about 300 offers for the internships and only the good ones can grab them
Placement Experience
Placement of our college is the key attraction of it , with a average package of about 10lpa and highest of about 60lpa domestic. About 500 companies visit our college every year. My plans after getting my degree are to do a well paid job as a software engineer.
Fees and Financial Aid
Soo, our 1 year fee is around 200000 and it keeps on increasing by 10% every year. Ya our college offers scholarship for people having income less than 200000 and also there is one scholarship offered by the Delhi government.
Campus Life
Our college conduct the largest fest in North India its name is engifest and also there is one North Indian's largest literary fest called yuvaan. These are conducted in the month of February. You can get any book be it related to course or not in the library it's huge. Sports complex too is humungous and it offers seperate court for almost every sport. Our college students run a lot of social groups for different fields like dance music theatre and technical teams etc.
