Remarks

I appeared for the AKTU entrance exam that was conducted by AKTU in 2019. I got 3556 ranks in this exam. In the counselling phase, I got CSE in the KIET Group of Institutions in Ghaziabad. The registration process was quite smooth. Everything was well managed and prerequisites for the registration process were clearly mentioned.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

The course and curriculum are quite good. Teachers are well versed with concepts of technologies and academics. They are supportive and very much helpful. They always motivate and support students to improve and score better.

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 120000 per year

Internships Opportunities

2.5

There are various internship opportunities that are provided by the students of the KIET campus. These internships can be rated between 4-5 that are provided to the students. Some talented students grab internship opportunities themselves.

Placement Experience

Students start grabbing placement offers from the beginning of the 7th semester. Placements depend upon the efforts put by the students in their past three years of college. There are various companies that visit the KIET campus.

Fees and Financial Aid

The tuition fee for the course of one year is around IST 120000 which according to me is quite high. The free structure is clearly mentioned by the institute. There are also scholarship benefits for students who belong to SC/ST/OBC and are general or are financially weaker.

Campus Life

Campus Life at the institute is quite good. The campus is full of cleanliness and the students here are good and enthusiastic, They help each other in different circumstances and improve together. The campus is satisfactory and good.

Hostel Facilities

Hostels are not up to the mark. The food is also not very good in quality. Facilities inside the hostel are enough to live in but not up to the mark as expected by a student. It is better to opt for hostels as compared to PGs.

Hostel Fee: INR 90000 per year

Overall Feedback for College - Admission , Placement , Course , Faculty , Events

Likes

the security is nice at my college like proper cctv and guards , apart from that labs , and my dept is too good. Ac classroom and labs
They have provided average placement like most of companies are mass hiring like tcs and accenture ..and only few companies come to offer big package
Infrastructure is good but there is need of reconstruction at some places the water is ticking in rain season continuously, and curriculum is okay okay not that much relevant to industry , they taught text books rather than the real practical cases

Dislikes

The examination checking - the student who is cr or having any relation with teachers got highest marks without writing the answer properly
The food canteen first of all the canteen is off from the past 1 or 2 year and now it reopen but it sells dirty food , waste foods
The college professor support , they are not that much supportive

Course Curriculum Overview:

coding I am interested in coding that why I offer this course It provide some courses but not all courses are related to real world they have to use practical examples and make students aware of the real industry According to me the time and frequency is okay of exam

Inside Out of KIET

My decision was I could say influenced by my elder brother and I don't regret taking admission here. I applied to all AKTU colleges got rejected only from IET LUCKNOW and KNIT SULTANPUR purely due to percentile reason Other than that I got all the colleges including BIET JHANSI. I chose this one due to placement of the 2022 batch. Admission happens here through JEE MAINS and DIRECT ADMISSION as well For my course if you are general then you should have atleast 90+ percentile if you are from home state that is UP. Direct Admission happens on the basis of 12th result for CSE you need near around 90 percentage...Read More

In comparision of other colllege fee structure is very favourable and afforable like in other private college like Amity , galgotia ,gl bajaj etc KIET offers various oppournity for students in each in every fields thy want to make their carrier. Admission process majorly through jee main rank and percentile through AKTU counselling but 15% seat they fill by direct admission on merit based list.
